We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Eddie Merlot's on Saturday evening. This was a celebration of our joint birthdays, and we wanted to go to a restaurant that had a nice atmosphere as well as good food. I'm happy to say that EM did not disappoint! There were many options from which to choose, and the food was very good and well prepared. I selected the smaller filet mignon and the 2 sides of sweet potato casserole and tempura green beans, which also were delicious. The staff surprised us by bringing our desserts presented on a plate that had been decorated with a stenciled Happy Birthday in chocolate. Service was professional, courteous, and attentive. Our server Sean was top-notch! He made some excellent suggestions for our wine and entrees, and he checked on us regularly and at the appropriate times. It seems that there are few restaurants left in the Denver area where one can still enjoy a delicious meal and in an atmosphere that feels inviting and a bit sophisticated. Thankfully Eddie Merlot's still offers such a place. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

It was a perfect lunch from the waiters to the food to the ambience. Just fabulous. I can’t think of a better place to eat in Denver.

Wonderful Easter spread of high quality foods. On the pricy side at $75 each, but with the quality and variety I can understand why.

Easter Brunch: Food: felt like a lot of items were prepackaged and not made on sight. Waffles and french toast sticks were the same as what any fast food place serves. Oysters were not quality and shrimp had no flavor. Only redeeming items were the vegetables and hot carved items.

Wonderful Easter brunch! Always enjoy their fabulous brunch with breakfast staples along with amazing appetizers, salads, main courses to include the best rack of lamb I have ever tasted even to include that prepared by my husband. Deserts are always a favorite especially the banana foster. Certainly hope they continue in their tradition as special occasion brunches are getting harder and harder to find!

We love the Grilled Romaine salad, fabulous flavors and very unique. The Chilean Sea Bass was a great choice, the maple-apple cider glaze was the perfect sauce. The del mar was a great choice for a surf and turf dinner. We love the savory and lightly spiced combination of the Jalapeno Au Gratin Potatoes.

Carlton at the bar was great as usual. Kitchen missed an allergy item but we caught it before eating. We enjoy sitting at the bar. Food is very good.

Good as always. But 2 people in our party got the wagyu ribeye and they didn’t see anything better than the regular ribeye. They also stuck us a party of 4 at a very small table, which was a bit uncomfortable considering they had big booths that only had 2 people in them.
