    Wonderful experience! We will be returning soon to check out Fisk. Melissa, our server and sommelier, was phenomenal, sharing her wealth of knowledge about food and wine pairings. She made our experience so much more inviting and vibrant!

    I have eaten at several restaurants that put an emphasis on a prefixed menu. For the price, this was not worth it. We waited an additional 15 minutes to be seated because they had to move people around. There is no seating or lobby area so we ended up just standing there staring at people eat. During the course of the meal, two servers dropped either bottles or glasses behind the bar and shattered them. We were there for a total of 1:45 minutes. For an 11 course menu that’s extremely fast. The food was subpar and customer service was mediocre at best. I am not sure how they received a star. It must have been a very good day for them. I would strongly recommend going to Victoria and Albert’s in Orlando. You will receive much higher quality customer service, food and overall an amazing experience. It’s priced the same. Save your time and money and do not go to Ebbe.

    Wonderful experience with an amazing palette surprises. Ebbe was such a great host. Everything was definitely worth that Michelin star and price.

    The food was perfect, we had a great time. It was a little too quiet that particular evening but after some champagne it was totally fine. will return!

    Outstanding food experience - truly unique. Very expensive but the food is artwork, both visually and in taste. Ebbe achieves highly one-of-a-kind tastes with their creations. If you want a 'meal' then this is not the place; if you want a unique culinary experience then you'll appreciate Ebbe. I recommend to anyone wanting a very unique and different dining experience.

    Our experience at EBBE was truly remarkable. The food was not only delicious but also a work of art. Our server Melissa described each course with love and passion which made it extra special!
