   Every single dish from the Discovery menu has been excellent. The caviar, the turbot and even the unique bread service made for an enjoyable gastro experience. It was pretty quiet for a Thursday night as we were the only patrons in the restaurant for half of our meal, but we also benefited from very attentive service during that time.

   This was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and the flavor combinations were different and tasty. The Chef actually served us most of the meal, and he was great. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going again.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our experience tonight. It wasn’t just about the food, although the food was fantastic. It wasn’t just about the service, although the service was superb. It was about combining the best of culinary expertise, warmth and attention to detail, with an intimate social setting that gave us an “experience”, not a meal. My personal favorite was the beet dish, and the wine pairings were complementary and savory. We so appreciate the Chef coming to check on us and allow us some questions and conversation. I loved every moment of our visit to Chef Ebbe. When back in Tampa we would definitely do this again.

   UNBELIEVABLE. What an experience. 8pm seating, nice and slow pace with wonderful wine pairings. It was genuinely such a wonderful art (yes, I mean that) + dining experience. Memorable, elegant and so much fun. We will be back again.

   Their venison was the best I’ve ever had: truly exceptional. Worth it for the experience. Executive chef is personable and inventive. But the lack of any sort of host to greet you and escort you to your seats was… off putting. Simple fix, so we wondered whether it might be a commonality among Scandinavian restaurants, or otherwise intentional; seems unlikely though. No one even asked us who we were though, so that was kind of slick (they clearly knew what we prepaid for, but never confirmed or asked questions—just started bringing out courses).

    My wife and I have done many chef tasting menus at other restaurants and this was by far our favorite. I loved that I could pick our own time. Usually, the seating times for tastings are set. All of the dishes were outstanding and chef Ebbe was working the whole counter, serving guests and explaining the ingredients, answering any questions or just talking to guests when they wanted to talk. Desserts were fantastic too. Overall, a wonderful dinner/experience and will definitely do it again.
