I think it went downhill. We like to go there when we visit Maui. Love the ambiance but the food was overpriced, my steak wasn’t cooked how I ordered and the service was just okay. Not what you would expect from and upscale restaurant. Disappointed.

We ate there last night and everything was great! The prime filet was outstanding and the coffee ice cream for dessert was as well. Our waiter, Chad, was very professional and I told him, in passing, that my wife’s birthday was earlier in the week and he remembered that little nugget, and brought her a piece of cake to celebrate. It’s those little things that make all the difference. Overall, an excellent experience! 😎

This was by far the worst experience that I have had at a Four Seasons restaurant. The service was SO delayed, food arrived inconsistently then cold…such a disappointment. The Four Seasons should know better!!

We were Shocked upon entering this space!! We had only experienced excellence with the 4Seasons brand, but this place was literally a ZOO!! There were kids running around, and kids crying, the noise level was very high. The view of the restaurant toward the ocean was obstructed by cabanas, plastic unattractive ones at that, and the waite staff looked stressed and were hurried….we could not believe our eyes!! Looking at the menu, the prices were very expensive and we felt unfair for the product being offered, but we went along in hopes that our food would be so excellent, that we would get over that fact. That did not hold true! The drinks were overly sweetened. The brussels sprouts were burned. We did have a couple of items that were delicious. Our waitress tried hard to accommodate us. It felt like she was fearing the manager be visiting our table like he was every other one around us. He did eventually have to come because our Brussels were burned. If this was our first experience with this brand, we would never want to experience it again. We are also very shocked because this is Maui Hawaii, which is the gold standard for a great experience, and so is the Four Seasons, it really challenged our mind & emotions When the night was over, we were just as stressed as the environment we were in and desperate to get back to our peaceful hotel, down the road!!
