   The best dinner we’ve had - wedge, ribeye, scallops, and crab cake were phenomenal, but the truffle mac and cheese was by far the best Mac and cheese we’ve ever had out. 10/10

   I’ve been to enough high end steakhouses in my life where I genuinely feel jaded. Duo woke me right heck up. The entire dining experience was amazing from beginning to end. The prime bone in rib eye is so decadent, paired with lobster tail and the truffle mac and cheese and you’re in heaven. The 20yr Michters single barrel will inflate your bill, but not your body and soul. I ordered a double on the rocks but totally worth it. When you have a smile on your face the entire dinner then you know it was worth every single penny. Also great for kids or keiki, nice menu and healthy options My family had an amazing experience. If you’re gonna splurge on one meal in Maui, I’d def recommend Duo.

   Great service (Chad was our server) and food was delicious! My husband and I both got the Huli Huli chicken and we could have shared one entree versus ordering two. Broccoli and carrots were also great too! It was a wonderful birthday dinner.

   Between our salads and entrees it took almost 2 hours! The steak was overcooked and didn’t not taste like prime at all. Server and manager were really nice in handling the situation.

   I had an incredible experience at this restaurant during a previous stay at the Four Seasons, which is why we made a point to return for dinner—even though we were staying at a different hotel this time around. As expected, the service was outstanding. Our server went above and beyond, even making sure I could enjoy the Basque cheesecake, which wasn’t listed on the dinner menu. That thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. However, the seating experience unfortunately fell short. We were placed at a table sandwiched between the staff water station (where dishes were also being cleared) and a busy staircase. The noise and constant foot traffic made it difficult to enjoy what we had hoped would be a quiet, romantic dinner. When asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, we said no—still, we didn’t expect to be seated in such a high-traffic, disruptive area. To be honest, that particular table probably shouldn’t exist. Although the manager did stop by to check on us and we chose not to raise a fuss at the moment, the setting definitely impacted the overall experience. Having previously dined here for both breakfast and dinner during our last stay at the Four Seasons, this visit felt like a disappointment. It makes me wonder if seating priority is given to in-house guests. If that’s the case, I understand—but it does make us hesitant to return unless we’re staying at the property again.
