   Though the food is pretty good it was not a value laden experience. The Croque madam is a lot of bread. The ciabatta on another choice was so hard it took a steak knife to cut it. The pastry was dry, and saved only by a large amount of frosting. Though we were one of the first tables seated at brunch nearly everyone seated before us was served before we were. The music was not particularly appropriate for a Sunday brunch. Almost heavy-metal, and at a volume not conducive to conversation. Sadly, a lot of negatives in this review. This used to be our go to for celebrations, but next time we will look further afield.

   Consistently, a Denver gem. Even better, Duo's home is in our 'hood. Wherever you're coming from, though, Chef Tyler's genuine creativity permeates the whole Duo dining experience, a tribute to the team that supports that vision, and makes any visit a treat.     Amazing place. Service was perfect. Food was perfect. We brought our baby with us, and the restaurant staff was extremely, patient, helpful and accommodating. Thank you for a perfect dinner.

    Service was excellent. Food was tasty, but VERY salted. The salt content was so high that I almost couldn't stop drinking water by the end of the meal.

    Would never go back. Every plate had an issue with balance or being poorly plated, being excessively salted, etc. zero though was put into these dishes and they certainly never tasted them.

    Duo welcomed a group of 14 of us for an engagement party, and it was the best experience I could have imagined. The service was fast and friendly, but not rushed. The food was incredible. Everyone loved what they ordered - my bison steak was unbeatable. And the environment was lively, but still comfortable and elegant. 10/10. 5 stars. Two thumbs up. Whatever good rec I can give, I’ll give!

    The food was overall great and the service was amazing. The mussels appetizer was absolutely delicious! The bison steak was yummy, but a little chewy. Overall, I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

    Consistently wonderful dinners for years! Best New Year’s dinner, the scallops were stunning and the panna cotta was delicious and beautiful. My husband’s bison ribeye and duck confit were wonderful. Service was delightful!

    Duo remains a gem in Denver, excellent food, engaging & attentive wait staff, great ambiance. We all enjoyed our meals…Red Trout with melt in your mouth potatoes, huge Moroccan meatballs over pearl couscous and perfectly cooked duck breast. We shared the tender chocolate cake with peppermint ice cream and the warm Toffee pecan cake ala mode. Always a pleasure to dine at Duo!

    Sooo nice to have a comfortable, friendly and very tasty local eatery to enjoy a Christmas eve dinner. Very well thought out pre-fix menu for the night before a holiday (for the restaurant staff, too), with the sea bass preparation being the star for us. Hope it can return to the menu in the future.
