   Loved this restaurant last year but this year...not so much. Hostess insisted we were an hour late for our reservation - we were not. Waited awhile for our server to show up and then our drinks ended up at the wrong table. Waited some more. Asked for an appetizer to be served at the same time as our entree. It was not. Food was ok.

   We got there and they told us the kitchen was closed. Terrible service and would never go back.

   Prices are great and love the atmosphere. Nice service too. But food was meh. Super basic blah burger that’s about as low level of a hamburger you’ve tasted. I don’t drink beer- my bad- so had wine and it was terrible. But you know it’s a beer place so you can’t blame them. And you get what you pay for. I will go back and try something else. I really want to like this place but would prefer to pay more for higher quality.

   When this restaurant opened last year, it was a great place with a good menu and not overly expensive. They have continued to decrease the number of items offered and tried to be a fancier restaurant than the "sports bar" it was when it opened. Items are all spicy and expensive.

   We love this place ! Every time we come to Palm Springs we go directly to Draughtsman for Fish & Chips ! Oh wait, they don't serve it anymore :(((( Well, we still like the place but recently they have been changing the menu, taking off great beer and replacing it with lot's of IPAs.. Nothing against that beer, but if you don't like it there is not a lot of other choices. I hope they will listen to very loyal customers and bring the Fish and Chips back.. Maybe just for 1 day a week only, but ALL my friends loved it ! The best in the town. Daniela

   Great place to dine out in Palm Springs. The ambience was great, service was fabulous and the drinks were not watered down. There was a singer that night who was very talented and we enjoyed listening to him. Only sad they did not check me in through Open Table even though I asked the hostess to do so.

   Only tried this place because they advertised happy hour, but they do NOT have it and would not honor it. Despite this fact, still stayed for a couple drinks, and their drink options and bartender service were still decent.

   Something a bit off about this place. Nice building and beer list, but hostess seemed put out to find our table even though the place was fairly empty for our 5:30 reservation. Wrong drink was brought and chicken sandwich was terrible. Tried this place before and was hoping would improve but that is clearly not the case.

    Despite not finding our OT reso, they accommodated us with a table. Great service with even better vittles. Highly recommended!!
