We had a reservation for 15 people for 3:15. I received a confirming text the day before asking me to press 1 to confirm. I did and got a confirmation back. When we got there they had no record of our reservation. They told us we would be served within 20-30 minutes. We weren’t served until 4:45. We had other plans and had to eat and run to make them. We ended up spending £700 for a very stressful experience.

My family was visiting from the states and I wanted to give them an experience in drinking tea like the English. However, when we arrived, they said that they never received our reservation through Open Table. We had to wait about 15 minutes but they were able to take our party. They seemed to be a bit annoyed but were still attempting to be accommodating.

Really bad service, slow and not a place to go back. Really disappointing. The food was ok but nothing special.
