We started with spring rolls (the crispy rolls were highly recommended) and won tons. Entrées were crab noodle and sweet and sour duck, but they brought us a katsu-type chicken with rice, let us keep the mistake, and we had coffee crème brûlée for desert. The fried food was tasty, but a little heavy, good portion size and wonderful flavor (for the prices). Only drank water, but every part of the menu was well attended, not to mention the house and service, and although our area of the room was a little dark, it was good ambience.

Very cute dining room, friendly hostess and waitress. We ordered the crispy spring rolls, tuna tartare and the beef noodles...all delicious. The crab fried rice was disappointing. Lychee martini was very refreshing...not overly sweet. Overall very good experience

I love the service and food. It was by far a great experience, loved that Tuê came to our table and was engaging with us especially on international women’s day! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Our server was very kind but we got all our food and did not receive our alcoholic beverage until we reminded him. Finally got our drinks and they were nice enough to comp the drinks. When we asked for our second drink the phe all day I think that was the name it arrived without the foam on top, we questioned it and asked the server he said they ran out, I would have loved to know that before hand as I could have changed my drink.

DiDi is in a prime restaurant location and the street is buzzing. I read mixed reviews and visited during DineLA week. Sadly the mixed reviews held its truth. The staff was wonderful and did their best! Upon arriving, we were told that they were very delayed and we would have to wait for our seats and it was about a 15 to 20 minute wait before we sat. The ambience is lovely and the music selection was great. The food itself I would consider Mid. The appetizers were great and the entrées were not hot when served - likely was sitting out too long. The flavor of the coconut curry was good, but there was seasoning missing from the short rib dish personally, I believe you can get better Vietnamese cuisine elsewhere, and I would not find the need to return.
