   Four of us all found our meal from app to salad to entree absolutely exceptional!! The ahi tuna wontons were incredible! Everyone opted for the California beet salad and no one was disappointed! The flavors were so defined! Two of us had the braised short ribs which for me were the absolute best I have ever had. Very meaty with no sign of fat but the rich red wine sauce was primarily responsible for the flavoring and it was delicious! The salmon and pork shank entrees were also great! The perfection of the meal and service more than made up for “only beer and wine” offering. I’d give up a cocktail any day for a meal like we had!

   Raphael, and his staff were amazing. Made our first visit so nice. And the dishes was excellently flavored. I’ll be coming back again and again!  Ahi tuna wontons and pecan crusted maki mahi were amazing Save room for dessert !

   Desert Moon is great. Food is amazing. Service attentive and responsive, but not hovering as we ate. Owners are great. Very personable. They work their butts off to ensure each customer is treated like family (good family), making the experience one of the best in town. I highly recommend this restaurant and encourage your to give Desert Moon a try.

   From the very beginning as we entered the restaurant to our last bite of food, our dining experience at Desert Moon was truly exceptional! Outstanding service, exceptional food and the beautiful ambiance makes this a true dining gem in Palm Springs!

    This is a future great. Everybody works as a team, they are friends, each with skills and this is a labor of love. It is hard to wow my wife, she always has difficulty not ordering the same thing because her past orders have always wowed her. This is becoming a regular.
