   Food was ok my steak wasn’t cooked right and they tried to fix it but it was overcooked so I had to get something else. My server was nice but they didn’t bring my bread to the table either . Definitely not a good experience for me to enjoy my Mother’s Day dinner.

   The lower stars reflects the reservation process and wait time only! For a high-end restaurant, and a reservation placed well in advance for Mother’s Day and confirmed on day of arrival, I was taken back by the 30 minute wait we had to endure when we had a reservation. Normally, if an online reservation time is available that means a table is open and will be set aside for that time. The lady who ran guest check-in told me it would be a 10min wait. But after 20 mins of waiting and seeing multiple groups get seated after us, I got fed up and the receptionist tells me that there are only 2 five-seater tables in the whole restaurant being the reason for the wait, while all the others groups magically had seats waiting. So the blame is on me bc I have a family of 5?! It was obvious some mistake was made with our reservation and rather than be honest about it, we were made to wait without a drink or appetizer option at the start. Managers kept walking by us too but they were cold and made zero acknowledgment to correct or expedite the issue. Thankfully, the saving grace was our waiter Ashton with his 5 star service of detail and kindness! Do better with your reservation system and whoever manages it Del Frisco!

   We celebrated our daughter’s college graduation and she picked this restaurant for lunch. Charles was our waiter and was amazing!! The food was absolutely delicious and we will be back!!

   The ambience, food and entertainment were great. However our waiter left a lot to be desired when it comes to service. He was slow to return to our table to check on us, noticed him spending more time at other tables and returning to check on those patrons on a more consistent basis than ours. It soured the experience just a bit for us so can't give five stars for this visit.

    Extraordinario..!!! Una maravilla. Ostiones, fresquisimos…!!! La el Porte House y el RIB Eye; fuera de serie…!!! Una gran carta de vinos..!! Gran servicio..!!!
