Great experience. We frequented the “old” Deep Lagoon, just up the road, but had not tried this restaurant. Great food, lots of choices, Alyson provided excellent service. Make a reservation-extremely busy.

This visit was a disappointment. Service was very slow. Service either didn’t care or had too many tables. Hard to tell. Tables in bar were small and close together. Very noisy. We’ve been seated in other areas which were much better. I would recommend not sitting in bar area.

This was my first time eating at the new building in Naples. The layout and ambiance was nice, the seats comfortable and just an overall pleasant feel. Our waitress was so nice and did her job well. I ordered the ceviche for an appetizer-delicious! The warm rolls were a nice touch, with cinnamon butter. I had a bowl of gumbo for my meal, and my husband had fried oysters served with green beans and coleslaw. Everything was perfect.

4th time we’ve eaten at Deep Lagoon Naples in past two months. Best to sit inside or on covered patio. Tables next to 41 not optimal….too much road noise. Easy and efficient reservation process. We really like the food and the price point. Great go to place with friends that doesn’t break the bank like many of the high end Naples restaurants. Love the fresh flown in oysters!

Our appetizers and soup came right out and were good. But we had to wait pretty long for our entrees to come out. When they did, they were not hot at all. Hardly even warm. Food was good but would have better if it were hot.

Did not give an overall excellent review due to my request over a month ago for a high top in the bar which I had documented was not honored. We settled for booth seating. Things also go a little slow and it took 20 minutes to get a bowl of chowder. We will go back after this seasonal rush subsides.

A frequent restaurant for us. Food, value, and ambienace have always been very good to excellent. This time service was terrible. Our server (don't know her name) was the most unfriendly and rude person we have ever encountered in Naples in the past 14 years. No smile, flippant, arrogant, angry personality, never said thank you for anything. You need to have nametags on all your servers. When youi first opended several years ago, there was a manager with the same horrible personality. He is gone know. You seem to have a problem gettingpersonalbe people working at youir restaurant. This time, however, the ladies at the entrance were very friendly and personable. But nopt this server. Teach them some manners.

First visit to Deep Lagoon and we will be back! . We enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere for our lunch. Our food was all good, tacos were stuffed and plentiful for lunch, nice size ahi salad where the ahi was very fresh along with tasty sauce and fish and chips where the portion size was pretty tiny even for lunch. Our waitress was very sweet but like everywhere else spread thin. We weren’t in any rush so that didn’t matter. The inside is a refreshing atmosphere with very cool fish mobile chandeliers.

We love the Deep Lagoon in Naples! The food, service and ambiance is one of the best! I had jumbo stone crab claws with broccoli and rice. My husband had the Grouper Oscar. Both dishes were perfect, and Jeff, our bartender, was friendly, fun and very attentive.

Hogfish Lagoon style was so different than I’ve ever had it and I always get it Husbands salmon was mushy Should have sent it back Service was slow, had to ask for bread, drinks took 15 minutes Overall I’d say it’s going to be awhile before we return

I enjoyed the happy hour ceviche and ordered the grilled 8oz Hogfish platter with saffron rice & broccoli. The fish was dry, and rice was cool. I asked Brenda, my server, to replace this dish with sautéed Hogfish platter. The kitchen cooked the replacement perfectly and I was very satisfied with my meal. I do appreciate the restaurant correcting my meal. I will return to explore more menu items.

Once again, Deep Lagoon shines among the plentiful restaurant offerings of North Naples! We chose to reserve our table at a slower time between meals, yet there was still a good crowd present. The coconut shrimp salad and entree are deliciously prepared! Deep Lagoon hits and exceeds the mark in every aspect - food preparation and presentation, service, ambience and even ease of parking. It’s truly one of our favorites and a must during our seasonal visits.

Arrived a bit early for our reservation and had to wait for another couple to show up. We were told to that we were welcome to wait at bar and enjoy a drink - our table was ready whenever the others showed up. Waited at bar for about 10 minutes, but bartender was busy and never got around to taking our order - no big deal. Sat at a table on the patio and waiter came right over to take our drink orders. Drinks delivered and he told us to take our time to order, as we were busy talking. All food was delicious - from gumbo to mussels to hush puppies.
