   One of the female staff members was friendly and pleasant, but overall, including the reception, most of the staff lacked the warmth and hospitality one would typically expect in Hawaii. When we left the restaurant, no one even greeted us or said goodbye, which was disappointing. As for the food, the pancakes were advertised as “Tokyo style,” but both the taste and presentation fell far short of that claim. The recommended Braised Beef Loco Moco also didn’t live up to expectations. On a positive note, the terrace seating with a view of Diamond Head offered a nice open atmosphere. If you’re going for the ambiance, it might be worth a visit.

   Beautiful outdoor restaurant with sweeping views of Diamond Head. Food was tasty although bartender was a bit behind. Hotel is tastefully decorated with pure Hawaiian charm!overall lovely experience.

   With a reservation we got our table quickly. The service was so slow though! The food was marginal and we recommend you don’t order a mai tai. Not sure what they made but it’s not the Mai tai you’re thinking of. Double check your bill because we had a charge that wasn’t ours. Lastly the dessert menu only has three items and we wanted one only to find out when ordering that they were out of that. Wish the waitress had mentioned it when brining the menu. But she actually said “we’re not great at desserts”. Come for the outside breeze and pretty location but know it’s the best part of the meal.

   Our waiter was nice, but service was really slow. Maybe they were short handed. Food was good and reasonably priced.

   The Deck is a great spot, on the 3rd floor facing the park & ocean with awesome food. How can joy beat that!? We sat outside on the deck, although it's all rather open air design, with the perfect amount of breeze & shaded sun. All the brunch dishes were excellent, the Benedict was done perfectly & the sourdough muffin had to be made fresh! Nina was amazing too!

    Very popular place for tourists, very busy. We ordered drinks and waited. And waited. Put in our food order and then food and drinks arrived pretty much at the same time. Couldn’t really enjoy our cocktails. Food was okay, the fresh catch was slightly over cooked. We ordered a salad and appetizer and 2 plates, the table was small it wasn’t comfortable to eat at.
