    Our server was inattentive most of the evening. It took us 30 minutes to receive water. When we had finished our meal, it took 20 minutes to receive a check.

    The hamachi appetizer on the happy hour menu at a reduced price wasn’t available until happy hour was over with so pointless.

    I’m so so sad. I’ve never walked out of a reservation before. I work in hospitality and am always very aware as well as forgiving of all things that the industry throws at servers/bartenders/support staff. I made a reservation for 7:15 and waited over an hour for my drink alone (which was a cooked glass of wine.) it was my last night on Oahu with my daughter and I had to walk out because the service was so awful. By the time we walked out kitchens at all the other restaurants were closed.

    Came here for my birthday dinner with my family, I don’t know if the sever had to many tables to handle but he was only at our table 5 ish times. They have a “Family Style” menu which means the food comes when it is ready. we put in all our food at the same time expecting the quicker food to come out earlier. we order a Caesar salad, truffle fries, calamari market catch fish, prawns, and a new york steak. The calamari came 15 Min later and everything else 45 Minutes. The fries were cold and my steak was barely warm. The fish sauce that came with the market fish had a film over it like it was sitting in the back for a while. It also gave my family an upset stomach once we got home. we ordered another round of drinks before our food came out and it was given to us after we finished our food. It is a nice restaurant and would be better if they had more staff.

    Went for brunch with a friend and it was amazing! We had the French toast and pancakes and both were incredible! We also shared a bottle of mimosas. The view was beautiful! Will definitely be back!

    We had a great waitress. She provided such good service and was a lot of fun. Lots of cool cocktails and mocktails. The food was good, especially the truffle fries and wedge salad. Fun fish and sushi options, but not much for vegetarians. Very windy and lots of birds. A cool view, but the restaurant is located in a hotel so parking can be tricky. We also were seated next to a private wedding reception, so that was loud. Overall a good experience, but a bit overpriced.

    The worst experience the food was awful and cold! We ordered an entree that came out in 5 mins the expo was wearing sunglasses at 8pm. Our server had attitude about food being sent back because it was cold, if you like convalescent home food that’s your place to go
