    Honestly was so happy with my visit. My waitress & the bartender are wonderful people & keep a good party going! I wish I remembered their name because they definitely kept the vibe going! Thankyou to my waitress for making sure we had everything we need & kept the $5 Long Island coming! Especially the girl who was working in the gift shop, she kept my spirits high when It came to me wanting these two bracelets & she reminded me I can purchase 100 points for $1 at the bar & so I was able to get my bracelets! Sounds childish but she made It a great night with her joy of how excited we were for these bracelets lol. Overall I will be back forsure, I barely do reviews but you guys def deserve one!:) Thankyou guys for making It a great time!

    We were sat around 415. Our server, Cisco, greeted us around 420, said he would be back. He came back around 425 to take our drink order, but we were ready to order food as well. We did not see Cisco again until around 510, after our food was brought out. Around 440, we had to ask a manager for our drinks. Around 445, our appetizer followed by one of our meals came out, we still didn’t have drinks. About 5 is when everyone elses meals came out, and we were missing truffle fries on one order. Cisco checked in when everyone was about half way done with their food, despite him walking by our table several times. The food was fantastic, as always. After we were done eating, we waited another 15-20 minutes for a check. We came for a birthday meal, and left extremely disappointed in the service. A manager did take off the birthday girls sandwich, but her and her partners bill was still over $60 for a burger, upgrade to truffle fries, an appetizer, and 2 alcoholic drinks. We did not leave until about 540. We will be back, but definitely will ask for a different server next time.

    Well the business is awesome in hold but the person that does the seating was a very rude person I had someone in my party that was sitting in the aisle and it was not a purpose gesture,an honest mistake but the worker was very rude about telling him to move and that was her exact words..........just honestly openly rude

    Our food was great and the games were perfect for our kids. We traveled 4 hours to go here but our waitress Lexi ruined the trip. She never came to our table we had to ask other waitress for drinks. We seen her sitting at the bar talking and getting her hair brushed by someone else. Then we had to ask another waitress for our ticket and she came by and told us to quit asking others for help when we had waited 20 minutes for drinks and about 25 minutes done eating for our ticket.

    We brought our granddaughter here to celebrate her graduation. The food was just “food.” My husband and granddaughter had the burger. Food was dropped off, and then we didn’t see our server for the remainder of the meal. We had to flag a different server for condiments. The chip situation was very difficult to navigate. We asked the server to explain how to buy them, she would just repeat that we had to do it through our phones. The Wi-Fi and the service was next to impossible to load so trying to buy them very difficult. We ended up getting a physical card so we could play the games. I feel that the games were very fun and you got a good amount of play time. We chose the 300 chip option and had plenty of chips to play any game we wanted to play. We had a problem with one of the games and it was promptly refunded. At some point we walked by a game that was popular with kids. A glass had shattered on the floor. I let the floor guy know, he walked over to check it out. We came back to the area about 20 minutes later and the glass was still there. Lastly, I sat at the bar while my husband and granddaughter did the virtual reality thing. I sat there for about 10 minutes to be served. There were only about 5 people sitting in the bar area. I ordered a coke and it cost $4. They gave free refills so that was worth the money. So my impression of my experience was meh. The food was ok, the games were a good mix of something for everyone. The service was lackluster. I understand the strain of service jobs right now- Most were on their cellphones. It just felt like we were bothering them, I really did not feel welcomed. We probably won’t go back. I don’t feel it was worth the money spent.

    Wait staff was horrible. People did not seem like they enjoyed their jobs or wanted to be there. We had no silverware, and only little cocktail napkins. Server was never to be found. We would have ate and drank more if service was better. We couldn't wait to leave because it was very negative atmosphere.

    Food wasn't bad, nice comfortable chairs, waitress was nice but I never got a refill on my drink. The gaming are was very dirty, tables full of stuff when nobody was using them and the floor was very dirty.

    Going away party for a cohort. The reservation would not allow us to book more than 8. I put in the notes we would have more attending. I ultimately wanted to reserve for 20. That was a problem. We could pull adjoin a table….only extra chairs. The service was bad. Server was a 19th at old. Some food never came. Drinks were late. Orders were forgotten. He needed help.

    Our server was very good and the food was good. The only thing is the flat bread pizza was not cut good at all and the knives they have are very dull and would have problem cutting butter!

    Food was decent but limited menu. Food was quick and good. Waitress wasn’t the nicest but wasn’t out right rude. Games were fun and kids enjoyed it. Did smell pot in the ladies bathroom and told the staff who didn’t seem to care. Bathroom was also a bit dirty.

    We got there and the two ladies at the front counter were rude and very unprofessional. Then we finally get directed to our table and the whole place looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. When ordered our drinks and appetizers. Still waiting on appetizers been about 10-15 minutes since we ordered them. We ordered our main course at this time. By this time we have been there about 45 minutes. So all this time we still had not received our appetizers. Our appetizers finally arrived with our dinner the only thing hot was the appetizers the salmon I ordered was not cooked properly the auju that my wife received was cold and had chunks of grease in it. Everything about that dinner was horrible. To top that off I spent the rest of my night puking in the bathroom after we got home. That was another thing the restroom was disgusting I will never return to that disgusting place again!!!

    Place was way too noisy…even in the dining area. Facility needed some upgrades, seem dated. Also, entire facility seemed like it needed a good cleaning. Tables, chairs and floor was sticky!!!! Many of the games in t(e game area were out of service too.

    All of our food came out at different times. The burgers were undercooked, one burger was cold in the middle. We had to leave our table twice to find our waitress just to get refills. The whole place was just really dirty and overpriced for a the quality.

    We ordered our food and the waitress was no where to be found when we wanted to pay. She didn't check on us or ask to give us refills. Her husband had to close us out. Some of the games didn't work. They were really short staffed so we had to wait to play the virtual reality game.

    The ladies who sat us didn’t put enough chairs for the amount of people who were coming. So we decided to grab another two chairs. The waiter came over with an attitude telling us we had to put the chairs back and she started to count our party as if we lied about how many people were there. So one of my guest voiced how many people were there and the lady proceeded to get mad and walked away saying she wasn’t doing this so she called her manager over which was no help at all she couldn’t compensate for the amount of people we said were coming so overall we left and paid for our drinks and went in the arcade and just ate there.

    It was bold for them to tip on the purchase of a game card. I don’t mind giving 20% on food and drink purchase but to expect a tip on game card purchase is no right

    We visited for the first time since before COVID and it has gone down hill since. The table and plates were dirty, the hostess had an awful attitude, and food was not great and our order was wrong. The waiter tried his best and even made comments about how poor the quality of experience has been. They also no longer give play cards with meals so you must purchase them separately. We enjoyed the games and will go back again to play in the arcade, but we will not be back to eat again. So much potential, but needs better management.

    food not ours was set on the table, picked up then give to a different table. Sandwich was not made to order, taken back and brushed off then returned. Super high touch environment and was not able to identify any hand sanitizer stations anywhere and the noise level was a bit too much. Left with a sore throat from speaking loud enough for family to hear. Not an all bad experience, but for the almost $400 cost for 4 people, it just wasn't my cup of tea.

    Went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. They were able to accommodate our large party and the food was excellent. I also liked how they had someone in the main dining room hosting games and giving away different prizes.

    The waiters and waitress were more worried about finishing their conversations then seating us anywhere. Our waiter couldn’t remember anything. Never came to check to see how our food was and my 3 years food never came out till we were almost completely finished eating. The music was so loud that we couldn’t even talk to each other across the table.

    Our server seemed annoyed that we were even there. As well as the hostess and the person who "assists" you in buying tokens for the arcade part. My son's pizza was hard as a rock and he could barely eat it. The rest of our food was fine but overly greasy. We had a nice time playing the arcade games the variety of games was amazing 🤩 however as soon as we went to get prizes at the end from the tickets the attendee again seemed annoyed that we were there.

    Our server was amazing! The food was pretty good. The best thing about it was that if came out quickly. The selection is lacking and the price is pretty high, but it includes all the basic "bar" selections at a popular chain, so no real complaints. It was nice to be able to just walk a few feet and get a meal after a few hours of game play.
