   Manager was helpful helping our big party get a table together in the game room. Server took the order, dropped the food off; and really never saw her after that. We’d have to go to the bar to find help with anything else. Bartenders were helpful

   Team member and manager are not knowledgeable. The reason for it being higher than one star is because the game techs. But it's OK

   We had a party of 11 and our server was awesome! Really took good care of us.

   Loved the arcade, but the dining experience was not great. I feel we did not see our server very often to have to give a 20% gratuity. I do understand that it is busy on a Saturday, but I was waiting for a very long time just to ask for a fork to eat my meal. And when I did ask for a fork it then took a long time to receive it and some attitude from the server. Also the prices not being on the menu is not a great experience, I’d like to know ahead of time how much a drink cost. I got nachos with carne asada ( an addition $7) and barely had a few pieces of meat. I could’ve gone to a way better restaurant and had a better experience for more food and drinks. Disappointing. But it is what it is.

   My husband and I reserved a table for 9pm. We went to check in at the desk and the front desk attendant told us to sit anywhere. We took a seat in the first dining area, and we're promptly told we couldn't sit there-- something about maintenance. We went to a different section and took a seat and we're approached by another member of wait staff to tell us we couldn't sit there either. We asked where we should sit and he pointed to a third area. His attitude when we explained our confusion was less than plesent. From dinner, I attempted to fill my play card on the app, to no success. After three attempts, I went back to the front entrance to where I the same greeter at the front told us that the cards I had weren't valid so they wouldn't load, and that I had to buy a new one to play. I expressed I felt paying for a new card when I already had 2 was not practical and was told that was my only option. To avoid disappointment on his birthday, I bought the card so we could play. This led to a new presentation of problems including games not working correctly and attendants not arriving to help. Overall we left without choosing any further prizes and felt disappointed in the night.

   We had a very good experience at D&B. We took my son and a group of his friends for his birthday. We were really impressed with the staff. They were welcoming, attentive and just plain nice. You can tell that the company works hard to find great people.

   Food was taken away while we were still eating. Games took money and didn’t work. They didn’t help was told someone will be over by the game. No one showed up.

   Dimitri was the best server! So helpful when dealing with 4 crazy boys for a birthday party. Brought out food fast and patiently entered my 3 gift cards.

    Our family (ages 13 - 77) visited D&B for my teen niece's birthday celebration. I hadn't been there in a VERY long time. It was quick and easy to get a large table dining reservation. The food selection and quality was very good, better than I expected. The value to add game cards was also very good. We were able to take advantage of a $14.99 for 1-hour of unlimited play special, which was perfect for our group. We were also able to bring in store-bought cake for the birthday celebration. The arcade was fun, as always. It was a bit loud, as always, but the music was high energy and great. The best part of our visit was our server. Tyjah was awesome! He was friendly and helpful and SO patient when we were trying to split the check and get all the right meals and game cards to the right groups. I was impressed by this young man. He provided exceptional service!
