Very nice experience. From food to service.
Always extraordinary.
Great place overall
The steak was overcooked ordered it med/rare+ came med/well
Baked potato was awesome
Very enjoyable dinner. Drinks service in the lounge was excellent. At the table I was disappointed that the wine list they feature online is way outdated as I had taken some time to make some Pre-selections. Their white wine selection by the glass is poorly chosen in my view. No premium chardonnay, no white burgundy - very strange. However we did receive ultimately a very good recommendation on red by the sommelier. We ordered a tomahawk and while it was delicious I thought it was a shame that it was cut up into small pieces - some larger slices would have been appreciated. Quality of meat was excellent - as it should be for the price. All in all a very good experience but not quite flawless.
I had the Way trio and it was the best steak I have ever had.Picking around the wine list I found outstanding wines at fair prices. Not being young and energetic we found it louder than we prefer.
Birthday dinner for my wife
Always great
Food was okay.. you would think with how expensive the items were everything should have been great. But I’ve honestly had better food at 1/3 of the price. Also the server told us he would take an item off of our bill because we didn’t like it and when we got the bill it was still on.. I brought this to the servers attention and he said “oh yeah, it’s been taken off” but there was only a -$1. Definitely won’t be returning.
We had a lovely, wonderful time at Cut! Our service was out of this world. The food was delicious but for the price and reputation, I was a little underwhelmed.
First class restaurant and very representative of Wolfgang, maybe the best steak house you'll fine in LA!
The dining experience there was "good"; I was expecting "exceptional" based on location, environment, hype, etc. The "Tasting of New York" steaks were outstanding; however, the sides we ordered were "marginal" at best. Not really sure if we would dine there again or not.
Great atmosphere and vibe in the restaurant . Waiters are the usual completely full on “hows it for you tonight guys” type but when you get away from the OTT sincerity stuff the food and wine list are impressive but on the high side for wine...a Calon Segur 2000 was 940 plus service so this place means business.
Good place for top quality beef and wine but posing is out there....
The service at Cut was definitely a cut above the usual. It was Absolutely elegant but down to earth and we never had to ask for a thing. The food for the most part was excellent. The bone marrow appetizer was particularly delicious. The Yukon potatoes melted in your mouth! The steak was very tasty and cooked to perfection. The Iamb chops were a bit to fatty for my taste but everything else was perfect. The chocolate soufflé was the perfect finish to a wonderful meal. Will definitely return!
Steak was phenomenal. Service was great. Will be back!
Birthday celebration for friends
STEAK QUALITY FANTASTIC, ONLY DRAWBACK WAS THE PRICE. CHICKEN INCREDIBLE.
DESSERT SELECTION MUCH TOO LIMITED. WE HAD A BITHRDAY PERSON AND ALL THEY DID WAS STICK A CANDLE IN A DESSERT THAT SOMEONE ELSE ORDERED??
PRETTY TACKY CONSIDERING THE BILL WAS OVER $500 PLUS SEPARATE WINE TAB.
It was amazing I even meet Wolfgang puck.
Very good but nothing exceptional about the food. Super cool dining space though, modern but not too modern.
The steak not great and the service was average
My expectations from this restaurant was much higher
Amazing restaurant, however the Beverly Hills pricing and hotel pricing combined is ridiculous. Food and service is excellent but extremely overpriced. I love Wolfgang but prices seemed excessive
Valentines
Truly a 5-Star experience from start to finish. Perfect service in an elegant setting with fantastic cuisine. Each bite was a flavor sensation. We have found our new favorite restaurant in Beverly Hills. We even had an unexpected treat when Mr. Puck stopped in and said hello to all of his guests...such a gracious host. He was even kind enough to take us back to the kitchen for a photo. Many thanks to Mr. Wolfgang Puck and his staff at CUT, Beverly Hills!
La comida siempre ha sido espectacular y ese dia fue pesimo, ademas de un menu reducido y las opciones de comida la puso el restaurante, eso me parecio pesimo, y de verdad no me quedaron ganas de regresar.
Warning: Not somewhere to come to if you are hungry and have no money lol.
Now that that's out of the way - CUT was a great experience and definitely worth coming out to for a special occasion or fancy date night. It was the first time we had a wagyu steak from Japan and the hype is real... I didn't know beef would just melt in your mouth like that but hey, the myths aren't myths.
Everything was great from the bread, to the sides, to the steaks, to the desserts. Bring a date or bring a group, it will be awesome.
Great food and service.
Early Valentine’s Day dinner. It was amazing!
The only thing better than the food what is the impeccable service and friendliness of the staff.
A must experience if you love steak. I come here at least once a year.
Table was ready on time on a busy Saturday night. You should arrive a little early and have a drink across the foyer in the Cut lounge. Food and service was fantastic. If you want to splurge on a very expensive but awesome steak, the Japanese wagyu is the one! A great location inside the Beverly Wilshire next to Rodeo Dr. Go for it!
it was amazing!
Another great experience! I really wanted the rack of lamb but couldn't resist the NY sampler - Prime, American Wagyu and Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu (as good as I had in Osaka). The warmth from reception through service is so obvious - great staff really well trained! Go now!
