The service was superb, the food was more then we expected. Everyone made us feel welcomed and important. My husband and I where celebrating our Anniversary, I decided to take him here to try the Wagyu steak and he absolutely loved it, it was worth every penny. The workers knew their stuff, we left so impressed on the knowledge they had with the menu, I had their rotisserie chicken, it was so juicy and the mushrooms wow it was delicious. We also had a chocolate soufflé and they surprised us with a small dessert and writing Happy Anniversary with chocolate. This will be our go to spot every year for our anniversary, from now on. Highly recommend everyone to try it. We will be back.

Our waiter Cesar made the experience fantastic. He helped make the dinner special through his thoughtful explanations and prompt attention. The food was incredible and the ambiance was great. I definitely recommend Cut for all occasions.

AMAZING START TO FINISH!
First time back since pandemic began and it was still outstanding. I don't think think you can go wrong with anything on the menu but will note the cocktails this go around were... lackluster. Not sure if it's always been this way, or maybe just the bartender that night, but every whiskey cocktail was watery and sweet. Still drank them but that probably says more about us than the drinks. Sticking to wine or straight spirits next time.
Pro tip: if it's your first time and you want to splurge, they used to have a steak "tasting menu" for groups with a few small cuts of various steaks. They do not have it on the menu anymore but you can ask your server to give a recommendation or pick your own, and they'll bring it pre-sliced and with sauces (if you feel like committing sacrilege, but we did) for sharing.

I’m am going on a steakhouse tour through the country and Cut was rated as the best in the state of California. While in town, I had to see what the hype was about. And it was well exceeded. Food was amazing and the service from all staff was impeccable. I’d give more then 5 stars if I could.

Incredible dinner with my 3 buddies. Wolfgang Puck himself even stopped by the table to chat for a few minutes. The food and service were incredible and they were actually ready for us early so we were able to sit right away. We sat at a beautiful booth with a great view of the rest of the restaurant. All of us agreed it was the highlight of the weekend.

Our experience at CUT was amazing. Although the food was phenomenal, service was what made our experience so exceptional. Our server Marco, was attentive without being suffocating, insightful without being pushy, and personable without being too casual. All servers should aim to be as good as Marco!!! Definitely coming back!

The drinks we ordered were excellent, service was excellent, ambience was excellent (and we got to meet Wolfgang!) but the food itself was only decent and therefore I felt was overpriced. We ordered two meat entrees to share and they cut it up for us beforehand and put the slices onto a separate plate together -- this meant that there was no juice on the new plate they served it on and therefore the meat was not as good as it could have been. Additionally, the steaks were room temperature. I could not help but think I missed being at Peter Luger's Steakhouse in NYC.

You get what you pay for. It's pricey, but it's worth it.
Haven't been to CUT in quite awhile, but was reminded why they have the reputation they do. The food, flavors and service were superior. Very happy with our bone-in steak, shrimp cocktail, mac n cheese, side of corn and blueberry cheesecake. Plus the Vodka Lychee and Tequila Cucumber cocktails were TOP! We didn't have a single complaint with this anniversary dinner.

Dinner at CUT was probably the best dining experience I’ve ever had. The service was impeccable, staff was courteous, quick, and friendly, and very conscious about masking, maintaining distance, and keeping the area clean. Special shout out to our server, Alicia! She gave the best recommendations and really made us feel welcome. The food was absolutely amazing and that was the best steak I have ever eaten. The food is high-quality with stunning plating. This experience was the epitome of fine-dining and absolutely worth it.

Items you must order at CUT: Mac &' Cheese, Caramelized White Corn, any of the Wagyu Beef steaks and for desert the chocolate souffle. We decided to order the Japanese Wagyu New York steak because this is the place to try it and I can see why it was $225 - it really is in a category of its own. We thought the wine by the glass and cocktails were overpriced for what they were but the service was very attentive and the food was truly memorable.

Unfortunately, CUT's new executive chef was a bad hire, and he's done a number on the menu. The corn dish was particularly bad. However, the wait staff is excellent, and mostly redeemed the experience for us. That said, I would be very surprised to see this CUT location retain its Michelin stat.
