Welcome to Cucina,

Nestled at the base of Vail Mountain, in the heart of the renowned Vail Village, Cucina combines a perfect location for all your dining needs. Steps away from Gondola One, Cucina's menu has everything that you could want from our breakfast buffet to our mountain comfort Après.

Relax in our casual and friendly atmosphere before heading to the mountain or just come by and enjoy breakfast with the family. In addition to our wonderful breakfast. Après and dinner service is 3:30pm to 8:30pm for food with drinks available until at least 9:30pm. Come by for a drink and stay to experience our new dinner menu. Live local music every Wednesday and Friday. Cucina is Closed for the off season from April 22nd until Memorial Weekend. We'll see you soon!

Cucina is a nice place for Apres. Live music is excellent. Menu is pretty limited and food is fine but not really great for the price for dinner. Go for an appetizer and drink and enjoy the music.

Menu severely cut back from earlier, don’t see how they are going to survive. Limited options, food mediocre at best, completely empty for a reason. So sad because the interior is lovely and the location perfect.

We went for breakfast buffet after very early Easter sunrise service. We were hoping for more of an Easter brunch style buffet, as in years past. No omelet station on Easter morning, and buffet seemed to be the just the spread they lay out for hotel guests daily. Food good, service very attentive and nice.

Food was incredibly disappointing. The menu is limited so you'd expect the plates to be very reliable. Grilled salmon was cold, salad came without dressing. The restaurant was empty and still the service was slow and confusing. There are many better places in Vail Village.

One would expect A LOT more from an in-house eatery at “The Lodge at Vail”. Given the $$ they charge for rooms, I would hope you could have a decent meal at Cuchina. This place was just gross. The food was diner quality. The service was only slightly better. Avoid this place. ,, order a pizza instead.

We had a confirmed reservation on Open Table. When we arrived they were closed for a private party. Very disappointing.

We had a 645 reservation and didn’t realize it was Mardi gras. They had a live band and a rowdy crowd. We would have just gone somewhere else because you couldn’t even hear each other talk but they said the band would finish at 7 not to worry. Our fault for not just leaving. Band played until almost 8, our whole dinner, so we couldn’t speak at all. Food was fine but not greet service was average. Water glasses never refilled unless we asked. Definitely wouldn’t return on Mardi Gras and probably not on another day either.
