    Experience Cubé’s signature omakase — our beautifully curated table-only menu featuring two seasonal appetizers, ten pieces of Nigiri sushi served together on a single plate, temaki hand roll sushi, and dessert — all prepared with passion by our chefs. The sushi selection varies daily, crafted using the freshest and most seasonal ingredients available. Let our chef guide your experience through the best flavours of the day. This experience includes a glass of Black Chalk English Sparkling Wine. Produced in Hampshire, Black Chalk is dedicated to expressing the purity of the fruit grown in its chalk-rich vineyards. Guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention, the winery allows the character of the vintage and the fruit to guide the process, resulting in wines that are fresh, precise, and beautifully expressive, a perfect match for the delicate flavours and textures of the sushi. Where English Sparkling Wine Meets Sushi — an exceptional pairing that brings together Japanese tradition and British craftsmanship, celebrated here at Cubé. This experience is available for a limited time. A non-alcoholic alternative is available upon request.

    Superb sushi and dinning experience. This is one of my all time favourite restaurants to go to. The quality of the fish; variety within the omakase is very hard to beat. The staff are friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is exquisite.
