This experience includes a glass of Black Chalk English Sparkling Wine. Produced in Hampshire, Black Chalk is dedicated to expressing the purity of the fruit grown in its chalk-rich vineyards. Guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention, the winery allows the character of the vintage and the fruit to guide the process, resulting in wines that are fresh, precise, and beautifully expressive, a perfect match for the delicate flavours and textures of the sushi. Where English Sparkling Wine Meets Sushi — an exceptional pairing that brings together Japanese tradition and British craftsmanship, celebrated here at Cubé. This experience is available for a limited time. A non-alcoholic alternative is available upon request.

Superb sushi and dinning experience. This is one of my all time favourite restaurants to go to. The quality of the fish; variety within the omakase is very hard to beat. The staff are friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is exquisite.
