   I’ve been to Crossroad a few times, always love how unique and delicious the food is. When I know they offer testing menu, I was excited to see what chef will bring. We had 7 courses testing menu. I’m a bit disappointed with the choices and the presentation. It’s not cheap, but I’m willing to pay for good quality food. It surprised me there was a small salad count as one course, and a small bowl of potatoes as another one course. I was expecting something more creative than that. One person is $175, come with a cookbook. I would prefer no cookbook no free cocktail, I don’t mind to pay more for creative 7 courses testing menu.

   We sat in what seemed to be the B list area. The music was so loud we had to ask to turn it down and the waitress agreed. The food was just stuff we can get from the market and heat up in the microwave. Just egg patties, impossible sausage patties, vegan cheese, etc. nothing special and to be honest I make better breakfast sandwiches at home.

   I do not recommend this place at all. The food is swimming in oil and tastes horrible. The staff is mad at you before you even enter the place. Just nasty vibes from the food and from the staff. A stark contrast to their much better Las Vegas location.

   Wanted to really like food but most dishes were just ok. Lion’s Mane steak was one of the better entrees. Calamari was best of the appetizers we tried. Server was incredibly inattentive to us.

    I’m definitely not vegan but the food here is amazing. Do yourself a favor and give this restaurant a try. PS the cocktails are vegan too!
