Open table is currently not available for this restaurant. I reserved and arrived at 6pm. Its all first come first served. Which isnt a bad item btw. Just that there is now front host desk to assist with this. Perhaps if the craft opens the interior again, this will change.
Ordered the Brisket nachos to start, menu stated a jack/chedder cheese. Well, the cheese was a sauce that was watered down and soggy. Probably came from a can. By the time we ate a third of the nachos, (5 mins as there were 2 of us), rest of the chips were sogged. And it wasnt very good. I would doubt we even had an 1/8oz of actual brisket on them. Not worth the price thats for sure.
Would of ordered dinner, but waitress was a no-show after we made our appitizer order. So more refills of our drinks, or ordering of food was a no-go. FYI, we had 2, one ordered when first arriving, the second when we ordered the appitizer.
At 7pm the ambiance was changed by the introduction of armed security, and them doing metal wanding of the customers entering? Bit of an odd item for a restaurant. And one that is limited to outdoor seating only.
The Beer selection was a good selection of local brews, and delivered nice and cold.
Valentines Day/ Husbands birthday
Had a “reservation” at 8pm....no one greeted us. We sat ourselves on a dirty table. Server took forever to see that we had not been helped. Server did not introduce himself...asked for our drink order, then left abruptly. Took awhile to take our food order. The area “beer pong” area was filthy. Tables had not been cleaned. Observed food baskets, plates had been sitting at the “ordering “ screen station. We had not been given napkins or silverware. I had to go on a hunt to find someone whom a nice young lady in red dress was very pleasant & helped me. Rude male server did not check on us....horrible experience. Had dined in before & had never been treated like this previously. Not sure if we will visit again. Paid too much for a crap experience. Also left a generous tip regardless of the crap service.
Never going back. Service was awful. $40 check gave her a $20 bill and credit card. She grabbed it and walked away. Charged the entire $40 to the card and tried to pocket the $20 as a tip. The small plates they brought for the appetizers were filthy. We had to ask repeatedly for drinks. Didn’t order large size appetizers but was up charged and brought them anyway. I’m honestly shocked this restaurant is on OpenTable. As a longtime customer here this establishment does not measure up.
When we arrived at 8. We were told it’s night club and our kids couldn’t be there. The hostess was rude when I said I made a reservation she said they don’t do online reservations. No where does it say this is a 21 and over place. Very disappointed won’t ever go back
Great food, good value and so many fun (and FREE) activities!
Nice big space for watching games or hanging out with friends.
Cancelled my reservation due to special event made reservation with time for that reason. They should have a restriction for special events before we reserve.
Had a confirmed Open Table reservation. When we arrived we were told they weren’t taking reservations that evening because it was a sports “special event” night. Ummm, hello. That’s why we made a reservation. Absolutely ZERO effort made to help us. No idea why they’re using Open Table if, in fact, they’re NOT using Open Table. If I had known they weren’t honoring reservations we would have gotten there early. What BS.
We were there during a big sports event so our table was not reserved and we couldn't get seat for about an hour. The staff were very nice but way to busy to take care of us in a timely manner. It is a cool place and I would recommend it on a not so busy night.
reserved a table and when I got there I was informed that they don't do reserve tables for the fight , the waitress never came back to take our order for food or drinks .very poor customer service .
Food was over cooked. Poor service with at least 5 people working and not many customers in the entire restaurant.
Good service but food leaves a lot to be desired. Probably better at night. We went on a Sunday and it was dull experience
I thought since we made a reservation for a large group we would have more attentive service since they should have been prepared for a large group. As soon as drinks were ordered the waitress decided she didn't want to serve us any longer and switches with a Male staff member so she could go back and wait on tables downstairs. While wait staff was nice, some customers had to ask for their drinks several times or didn't receive them at all. Other customers were disappointed on food portions (salmon plate was very small).
Also, upon arrival, it smelled of a mix between Body odor, farts, and sewage. Very unfortunate for our business social.
It was our first meal in New Mexico after flying in from L.A. for the Balloon Festival. We found it on Open Table and we were glad we did. They had a table waiting for us with our name on it when we arrived. Talk about feeling special! The whole staff was friendly & attentive. They had games on all of the TV's so we were able to watch our Dodgers beat the Braves. The food was awesome. We had a pepper jack flavored cheeseball appetizer that was fantastic and the brisket was cooked to perfection.
I should have done more research. It was horrible. It was Wednesday afternoon , we had a party of 8. Business lunch. They were out of everything and it still took 1 hour for our food and there no one was in the place. Never again! Food sucked!
I should have done more research to realize this is really a happy hour bar versus a restaurant. We were the only ones over 40 and under 21 in the place. The service was awful. Our waitress kept forgetting about us and it took 45 minutes for our entree to arrive. The appetizer was missing one of the components but there was no one around to ask for it. When my meal was delivered and I asked for extra sauce our server returned 20 minutes later with it, after I was done eating. I would never go here again or recommend it.
Great atmosphere and impeccable service. Food was a disappointment. Martini was perfect.
Wonderful food and wonderful service. Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Music was a bit loud for conversation but in our booth it wasn't as bad.
