   Not sure how this place has 7,000 5-star reviews on Yelp. You expect great food with a rating like that but was unimpressed and underwhelmed.

   Food was fantastic! Brisket is really well cooked and flavorful. Value was great. Noise was very loud. The weak link in it all is basic comfort: Seating is uncomfortable. Booths are for large parties only and the chairs everyone else has to sit in are small, hard, metal chairs that look trendy but are terribly uncomfortable and really not suitable for people over 13 or 100 lbs. If they can fix their seating situation with booths of varying sizes and better chairs it will be a solid five stars across the board. Next time we’ll bring more people just so we can sit on a cushion while enjoying the fantastic food.

   The place is really nice and great food. Reservation is a must, if you don’t want to wait because they get really busy. Food wise, we ordered shrimp tacos and biria tacos. Portions are perfect and taste is great. We also ordered ahi poke nacho, not a fan and a bit disappointed, I think they could do better with its sauce. Overall, we enjoyed it and a great spot to hang.

   So, I went for a birthday celebration on Memorial Day Weekend. Conveniently, there was an NBA Playoffs Game going on that night. They atmosphere was energetic. The hosts, staff and bartenders were very busy, but still attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. I’d definitely recommend. We were only a group of 4 and ordered from the tasting family sampling platters. It was enough, and still were able take some portions home for later.

   My husband and I found this restaurant on Yelp and saw it had 5 stars overall. We chow this restaurant based on the high ratings and reviews we saw online. We drove about an hour in a half and we’re super excited to try this place out. When we arrived, our host expressed to us that there were no available high chairs and sat us (family of 4) inside next to a bigger party. We requested to sit outside as the ambiance seemed a little more comfortable for our family. When we were walking to the patio, i saw two high chairs that were vacant. I didn’t say anything because I wasn’t sure if they were reserved for another party. She also saw the two high chairs as she walked back inside and didn’t offer one. I asked another waitress in the area cleaning the tables if anyone was using the high chairs and she said to go ahead and grab one since they’re not being used. We sat down and waited for 15 mins before anyone came out to ask if we wanted something to drink. I was getting frustrated because my girls were hungry and we’re starting to get fussy. Once the food order was placed, the food items started coming out fairly quick. The food itself was incredible, no complaints. I did sense as if something was going on with the hostess or the servers. I think our waitress realized that we hadn’t been treated the best because a different waiter brought out garlic bread and said it was compliments of our waitress. Overall we expected excellent service since it was a very highly reviewed restaurant. The food was incredible. The service was not.

    We tried the Craft by Smoke and Fire in Arcadia recently and found it to be outstanding! Craft by Smoke & Fire in Anaheim sadly was lacking. The Anaheim version was noisy, dirty, and service was slow. The food tasted great but overall experience does not merit a return visit from our family.

    On a normal night, I'm sure Craft provides a satisfactory experience. On this particular evening, we inexplicably waited one hour after seating for food to arrive. Drinks arrived well into our meal. We don't blame the waiter as he was clearly overwhelmed, pausing to wrap silverware in cloth napkins in-between serving water and responding to customers. For a restaurant as well regarded as Craft, this was a third rate operation. Food itself was fine, lukewarm, but fine.

    This restaurant was fantastic! They had a bunch of graduation parties going on so service was a little slow, but other than that it was amazing. The food was delicious. The servers were really nice and the value was really good. We will definitely come back and would recommend it. Inside was very noisy but outside was wonderful. They had one vegan item which was good. Waffle fries were delicious. Everything we had was delicious

    The server Elizabeth was very friendly. There was a small issue with our food where the meat was almost all fat. The server and the kitchen worked quickly to resolve this and everything was delicious.

    Front of house and back of house are disconnected, leading to a mixed experience. Fantastic food - the beef short rib and steak in particular is outstanding. Service and cleanliness needs a serious overhaul - it’s hard to eat food without utensils and giving attitude to customers requesting them is unnecessary.

    Make a red for 10:00 AM and they don’t open until 11:00. Why the earlier time slots were even an option I don’t know. Not sure if that is an issue with open table or the restaurant itself. Either way it was a bust.

    Was really looking forward to finally trying this place, but unfortunately it just didn’t quite live up to the hype. When we walked in there were only noticeably 2 people working the front of the house and both looked overworked. The bartender, Makenzie, (Sorry if I’m butchering it.) said she would be right with us but was busy making drinks for other customers. It took us about 15 minutes to be seated. After that she apologized and took our drink and appetizer order. As I said she seemed really busy because our appetizers came out before our drinks. Mackenzie apologized again and was very helpful when we had any questions about the menu. When we received our food, most of it was delicious, but the bone in burrito we ordered was excessively salty and unfortunately has to send it back, but the new item we got was delicious. All and all the meal was good, but the service definitely disappointed. Honestly though I think it was more of a staffing issue and not the staff themselves. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I would probably give it 3 stars, but Mackenzie being so friendly and apologetic about the whole thing really showed us that they understood and were trying.

    Great place for groups who love BBQ and crafty cocktails. Makayla, our server was very attentive and made our visit special. I’m not a fan of Bbq but I love all the smoked meat that was offered on the Last Supper family platter. The tomahawk steak with the chimichurri sauce is to die for. I ordered three cocktails, see the light, duck around and sorting hat. I really enjoyed the duck around drink. It was tasty and fun to look at.

    Horrible customer service! Food was ok. Mixed drinks are terrible. The greeting hostess did not acknowledge us when we got there. Then when our food came out same girl took for ever to bring utensils. We asked a second time for utensils and she seemed annoyed that we had asked. I’ll never go back again.

    The appetizer brisket and short rib were decent and the NY steak was good. They ran out of pastrami by 830 so that was a bummer. Other than that food was just ok. Got the coconut shrimp which was ok if you really like coconut taste. The lamb and smashburger were just ok. Our waiter was super nice and our drinks were good too. Not too crazy food served on metal trays and no plates or condiments on the table. Had to ask for everything-bbq sauce, ketchup, etc.

    We loved the chips and salsa. Had great flavor! We ordered the short rib quesadilla. It was very good but room temp. Also ordered the chili. We poured off the grease. Needless to say it wasn't very appetizing. The Madison sandwich was good but had a big chunk of grissle. Made it hard to eat. The potato salad was good too. All in all good was tasty but our server was really slow.

    Overall, it was far too noisy and service was very slow. Our appetizers, drinks and entrees all arrived at the same time after a significant wait. The food and drinks were ok, but I've had better, so likely will not be back.

    I understand Mother’s Day would be busy but it took 20 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. Once we finally got our food, everything was dry and not very flavorful. The manager was very nice and took some of the items off the bill. Overall really bummed because the pictures online looked amazing and we were really excited to try.

    Joanne was an excellent store manager/store trainer. She really stepped up to the plate and offered us some complementary apps, dessert and drinks. Christian was our server and he constantly checked in on us to see if we needed anything else. The meat was the juiciest brisket we had has. The brisket tacos were perfectly balanced, the coleslaw with the melted cheese underneath the meat was a well-balanced flavor burst in our mouth. The BBQ salad was huge (dressing has a kick!). LARGE portions beware. Smoked old fashion was a highlight as well as the charcoal ice cream - tasted like smores at a beach bonfire. 11/10 overall.

    Probably the best bbq I’ve ever had! Got the tomahawk family platter. So good! Not a very big beer selection, was busy and the servers were busy but had a great time! Would go back again definitely on a weekday when it’s not so loud.

    We had a wonderful experience at Craft last night, I would have given 5 stars across the board if we didn’t have to wait 30 minutes past our reservation! Food was incredible. Our server Marissa was great! I will definitely recommend and be going back!
