Our table was a nice patio table. It took a long time to get our food, and extra long to get my salad- which came after everyone else’s. They substituted tri-tip for brisket, and did not ask me. I would have preferred chicken. Thankfully, they took it off our bill.

Really disappointed. Booked a reservation for Father’s Day. After we were seated, the server casually mentions that the kitchen is entirely out of baby back ribs and short ribs, which was our main reason for choosing this place. It’s only 5pm and they’re already out of 1/3 of their menu — yikes. So we find something else to order, wait an eternity to receive food, and then we start to notice that tables around us, tables that ordered after us, are receiving ribs. Did our server just straight up lie to us? Really wanted to ask, however it’s 85 degrees, there’s no AC inside and we are melting, so we just book it out of there. Oh, and they also ran out of beer, lol. Not a great experience, to say the least.

We had a reservation for a party of 14 for Father's Day lunch. They initially tried to sit us outside but it was 90 degrees and there were no umbrellas they could put over the tables. That was unacceptable. After discussing the situation with the host, they were able to fit us inside by moving some tables around. The service was good and efficient. But it was noisy inside because the music was so loud. The atmosphere seemed more like for a night crowd. The food was 50/50. Half of our group really enjoyed their meals. The other half thought it was okay. There were complaints about the size of the Wagu burger. Seemed very small for the price. I don't think we'll go back again.

I can't remember our waiter's name, but he was great. Very knowledgeable and patient. On the day we went the air conditioning appeared to be not working. They had all of the doors open, the roof fans going, and these tower fans all around. It eventually cooled down, so perhaps the ac finally kicked in? At any rate, the food was great, and so was the service. The restaurant was clean, for the most part, although I did feel a little of the "ick" factor (greasy tables, menu's etc.), but that didn't bother us all that much. I have been to the Arcadia location twice before. That place is nice and clean, and laid out a little different. Overall, I would come back. It was fun, and the waiter made a huge difference.

I really hate when a menu makes no sense. If you order a $17 sandwich, you get a complimentary side dish with it. If you order the $28 short rib, it comes with no sides. A side is an additional $7. The food and service were both 4 star but this pricing is absurd. The $28 short rib with tax, the 3% 'service charge' and tip is close to $40. For that amount of money you should be able to get some waffle fries without upping your total to over $50.

It took quite a while to get our drink order taken. There were only a very limited number of draft beers. They were starting out their Friday night “out of” several draft beers on their menu. The food was excellent but the experience was tarnished by the slow start and some over-served women at the table next to us. This is a place to get food from DoorDash. Their service and ambiance was less than ideal.

The Brisket was some of the best I’ve ever had. Melted in your mouth and paired with the mashed potatoes, it was delicious.

We came here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. We were greeted immediately. The ambiance was relaxing and inviting. The food selection was extensive. Our favorite was the Quesadilla. It was flavorful and it melts in your mouth. I will definitely recommend this place 10/10!!

Not great. Food and service quality are nothing like when they first opened. Unfortunately I think this was our last time visiting. The tritio was overcooked, the brisket was all fat on the first one and the baked potato was charred where we sent those items back for a redo still overcooked both. ugh.
