Coya es un restaurante y bar que lleva el espíritu de América Latina al corazón de Londres. El establecimiento cuenta con un extenso Pisco Bar, que se especializa en infusiones de pisco originales, tequilas y ron. Great food and service but I wasn’t made aware that there is a service charge. I unknowingly added a 10% tip on top of the 15% service charge making my total tip 25%. So for that i didn’t feel it was worth what I ended up paying.

On the positive side, the food was good and our waiter was very friendly. The negative things have started before we arrived. We got a call that they move our reservation from 19:30 to 19:00 because we are with a toddler, that was already rude and annoying. We sat for 20 minutes from the time we got menus until they took the order and then they told us that they'll do everything quickly as we need to leave in 80 minutes as the table is booked. When we complained, magically they realized that it's another table that was booked and we could stay. Some of the staff were rude and inpatient.

The food is amazing - the seabass is one of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted - but the service was shocking. Our starters arrived before I could even order a drink. Then we had run out of water and wanted a drink to go with our main but could not get anyone’s attention despite staff repeatedly walking past ignoring our pleas. I’ve never been to such a high-end restaurant where the service is so disconnected.

Beautiful place but feel it was pretty average , and for the price was just expecting more. One of our dishes were forgotten so we also ended up having to rush to eat it and pay at the same time. In hindsight should of just cancelled

The place is beautifully decorated and not too loud. The starters were lovely (crab dumplings, chicken skewers). We had steak for the main course, both the filet and ribeye. Both were tough and chewy. The filet did have a good spicy kick to it. The kitchen/waiter forgot our main courses, so we were waiting for a long time for them to arrive. That wasn’t so bad because we were having a pretty good time at the table. It is pricey, but then it’s Mayfair.
