What a great restaurant! The food was outstanding and the service exemplary. We can't wait to go back. Serving the best pisco sour cocktails in town. It was difficult to chose from the menu as we could have tried everything.
Tuna tartar is wonderful, Tacos, Guac and Langostino were amazing, not a fan of the octopus thought ! Very good overall , and a very good service (shout out to the French waiters)
Great atmosphere, Decoration and Live Music.
The Food is very delicious. Highly recommended.
We booked a table for 7.15pm. Got there and was ushered to a table in the corner of the restaurant away from everyone else. Not sure why. So any atmosphere that there was we were not a part of. In the middle of eating our starters the waitress thought it was appropriate for a plate and cutlery change. Not sure why and when we questioned this she said it’s time to change and left us for about a minute without any cutlery and half eaten food. It was so awkward! Dessert came and the waiter toppled my friends chickate fondant all over my fruit platter and across the table. He then continued to try and scoop the brownie up with a spoon and fork. When I questioned why he was bothering to do this and to just bring us a fresh dessert he got huffy, picked up the brownie with his hands and walked off!!! Again- so awkward and in called for!! The bill came and a £12 discretionary service charge was added on. When we asked to pay this in cash instead the waitress rolled her eye and did a big huff in our faces! No idea why everyone was in a mood that day! Food was great tho.
Tutto perfetto. Cibo ottimo, servizio preciso ed accurato.
Yesterday i was at coya for dinner i asked for an extra chair and shocked with terrible and un respectable treatment and also i had a reservation for three persons and he is saying it is for 2 and refusing to see the reservation from my phone
It was really a very bad experience and i felt humiliated
Good food not very good service
Fantastic atmosphere and decor. Wonderfully attentive staff. Good value taster menu and great, but small, cocktails which may have been our fault for choosing shorter drinks I guess.
The taster menu was good but I’d love to have strived more variety rather than 4 ceviche options. A great place to start though if you’re overwhelmed by the menu, which we were given it was New Year’s Day!
I have booked a table online with open table,
After sitting on my table the manager took me off of my table because he ask me that I have to pay £ 150 , he said its written in the email, but in the conformation email shows that I have to pay £ 55 .
So they gave my table to someone else.
He was sooooooo RUDE
AND staff as well.
His excuse was for the new year.
Thanks & everything was amazing
The waiter insisted that my friends and i received an order that we did not receive (spicy beef) and actually charged us for it till the manager interfered and fixed the situation.
Love everything except for the table
Great atmosphere. Very small portions, nice quality, however our pork never even turned up (which was odd).
Gut gekocht, sehr hoher preis
Loved it! Great food, wonderful friendly service. Beautiful room and fabulous wine!
Thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambience!
The waitresss was very friendly and helpful!
The only slight negative is that the table is only reserved for 15 min past the booking time. That’s too strict for this type of restaurant.
We had the sample menu. The food was excellent and the service exemplary.
although the food was superb. I'm disappointed by the long wait to get to our table.
I have booked a table for a very special occasion for my friend's birthday a month before the actual date.
yet they kept us waiting for almost 30 minutes and didn't even offer us a drink.
when we finally got to the table the waiter insisted to inform us that we will have to leave the table in 2 hours (we just sat and ordered drinks and starters) ignoring the fact that they kept us waiting.
its a bit annoying to have such an amazing variety of food and great music ruined by moody slow waiter.
We loved everything about Coya!
very small portions for the money. Portions used to be much bigger.
Fabulous place, recommended by a friend otherwise may not have found it but it was well worth the visit. The staff were very attentive and the food and wine divine.
Food is excellent, selection of seviche - delicious, truffle potatoes with mushrooms - must try! Service was very good, no rush. Highly recommend! But it requires booking in advance. Fun restaurant and bar for the weekend
Excellent service and very knowledgable staff , very accommodating of our dietary needs , food absolutely brilliant
Waitress ignored my guest and i came in. Food is average not worth the price
Perfect lunch on a Sunday. I mentioned that it was for a birthday and we had a little attention for the dessert!
Celebrating milestone birthdays in a family
Fantastic food and great service. You need to be prepared for a slight disco vibe going on in the background though!
Ceviche was outstanding and service first class. I highly recommend Coya - it was well worth it.
I gave ambience a 4 because I thought the toilets were a bit poor (smelly messy). An easy fix!
It was a pleasure catching up with a friend over lunch at Coya. The food and cocktails were great and the service was attentive and good. Would certainly visit again.
The food was very good. The service was a bit rushed, you got there feeling they wanted to clear the table and move on to the next customers. conversation was almost impossible with the noise level. Not good for a romantic evening, but good for a lively night out with delicious food
Food great, but the place really lacks charm or warmth. We were left waiting in the tiny area just inside the door with no one acting as host. Waiter tried to push £80 tasting menu on us, which we didn’t want when we asked for guidance on how much to order on the menu. Same vibe as a hotel restaurant.
Great atmosphere, good food
Poor service main course was served without accompaniments fish came potatoes arrived after fish was eaten ! My wife also had fish rice arrived late as accompaniment !
Manager not apologetic !
Super quick service. Fantastic tapas. We are vegetarians and we still found a lot.
Amazing restaurant. The food is perfect.. they are really nice! Thank you
The venue and ambiance here is fantastic. It’s a lovely cozy environment.
Standard of food was good, but not particularly outstanding.
Service was disorganized and lacked attention to detail as well as personal detail.
As a table of five with two vegans we were disappointed that the chef decided he was unable to do tasting menus as it was only for three guests. We felt that customer needs were not met and it was more about the chefs convenience Tongan customer experience. Seeing as it was due to diet requirements, as opposed to dining indifferences, it didn’t seem right to deny a tasting menu.
Towels served at the end smelt musky and dirty and the disposition of the waiting staff appeared to be unhappy.
Nice evening but wouldn’t recommend as you have a far better dining experience in London.
Evertthing comes within the first 30 minutes. They say they cannot control because they have 3 different
kitchens. No time to enjoy the drinks.
Nothing special. Price is too high for the experience. Will not recommend
