As far as steak houses go in Colorado Springs, there are much better steak houses for the same price or even slightly a little less. Our service was very slow and they were not terribly busy, it was a Thursday night and there were available tables. It took 25 minutes to get a drink and the menu to look at. So we just sat there for 25 minutes of basically wasted time. My husband did make a comment about how that was not acceptable and the waiter did his best to give us a little more attention. In our opinion, the menu does not have enough variety if you are not a steak eater ( my husband loves steak and I do not) and as far as sides go it is very limited and you have set choices if you order a steak. The noise level was very, very loud, it was hard to hear the waiter or to have a conversation with each other.

We had a party of eight and everything from initial seating until we paid the bill was absolutely fantastic! Wait staff was attentive but not invasive. Food was delicious! Just five stars all around.

Everything was top notch! We had reservations and were seated within 5min. Our wait staff were attentive, friendly, and served the courses timely. Drinks refilled appropriately. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Desserts were delicious. Only negative for me, the mashed potatoes were a bit too mashed for my liking - almost runny.

The food and service was phenomenal during our first visit on Christmas Eve - however, our second visit was a huge disappointment. 1. The scallops reeked strongly of ammonia - meaning that they have turned/spoiled. 2. My filet was medium rare instead of rare. 3. My husband's ribeye was rare instead of medium rare. 4. The brussell sprouts tasted nowhere as good as the first visit. I appreciate that the manager refunded the cost of the scallops ($33) and had the kitchen remade my filet, but I don't plan on coming back due to food safety concerns. I'm baffled that the chef did not notice the strong ammonia smell on the scallops.
