Upon entering the restaurant, guests can peer into the Butcher Shop through a glass wall. This is where the steaks are personally selected, cut, and branded for you. This expertly maintained, climate-controlled environment also features dry-age coolers and pink Himalayan salt brick walls where 100% U.S.D.A. primal cuts are aged between 21 - 28 days for extra flavor.

    Was greeted by a very friendly hostess. Very nice looking restaurant. Very nice staff members who were very friendly and helpful. The food was the best I've ever had. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great meal and experience. We were treated like royalty. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you

    The experience was fantastic sat 15 min earlier than reservation time! Only issue the Wed or Thur $30 3 course meal was not available because it was Thanksgiving however the 1/2 off. Bottle wine Thirsty Wed and Thursday price was available although it was a Holiday.

    Server was great! Offered to replace my steak as it was rare when I asked for medium rare. But you are a steakhouse. How do you serve a medium rare steak raw? Who is checking the plates before they go out to the tables? To me, it’s a complete failure by the whole kitchen. Other steaks on the table were fine. Oysters were not the freshest. Wedge and scalloped potatoes were awesome.

    The 12 oz prime rib was cooked to perfection and the French onion soup was on point as was the mac and cheese. It was as always a wonderful culinary experience and I would highly recommend it.

    The food's always amazing, great ambiance, outstanding servers/staff who work hard to make sure you have a great experience. Jose is the best manager, a true professional, who goes out of his way to make sure everything if perfect. He really made our visit outstanding last night! Thanks, Jose!

    We have reserve ration and the host was diligent with her guests and sat us right on time. We waited for nothing. We have water and cocktails right way. Ambience was amazing, even being near all the action on the casino floor. We heard nothing. Appetizers were great. I had crispy pork belly, chiefs kiss delicious. The crab was good too. Our entrees were monstrous and cooked to perfect. I could have use a little more salt on my steaks cook but it was good. The sides are huge so please share. We went for indulgence and ordered loaded baked potato and the Mac n cheese. We had absolutely no room for dessert but we ordered it to go. The hazelnut chocolate beignets hot and coke were DELICIOUS. My husband is a fan of carrot cake and it was a true rustic carrot cake and the perfect cape to a late night at the casino. I’d come back again. Great staff. Great food.

    Horrible service.. we were there for over an hour and a half till we got our main meal. My filet mignon was over cooked, I left my entire meat. Our oysters we ordered four. One of them had a hair. One of our plates was the surf and turf was cooked perfect. One of our other plates was an 11 oz filet mignon was under cooked, server took it back to cook it longer. Our bill was $800, for horrible service. Our dinner reservation was at 6:15, we left dinner at 8:20. The restaurant was not packed for us to get our dinner so late.

    The food just never really is that great there. I came maybe three years ago for the first time and if it was very good, but I think there was a different chef at the time I have tried multiple things since then and I just don’t really care for the food it does not taste good it does not taste like good quality most the time it taste, undercooked, and just no flavor

    This is our second year going to the Council Oak steak and seafood, hard rock hotel to celebrate our anniversary my husband and I excited to make it a suggestion because everything was perfection. We’re hoping to make it out there for Christmas but definitely next year for our anniversary.

    We were told there would be 2 people waiting on us but only one server came around. We saw numerous people that had came in after us being served their meals way before us. We finally had to ask someone to get our server for us. This was the worst service we have had at the restaurant. It’s like the servers we’re expecting the other to take care of us.

    We had gotten stuck in traffic and showed up 30 minutes late and were panicking! The staff was so amazing, they said no problem we’re just happy you can join us and sat us right away! Lance was out server and how AMAZING was he! Recommended perfect wine pairing with our steaks, and sides that were probably the best au gratin potatoes I have ever tasted!! It was my boyfriends birthday and they made him feel so special! We also had to rush our dinner to get to our show, and no problem. The food came out fast, exactly as ordered and so delicious! All 6 of us agreed we will be back when there’s not an event to get to so we can sit and enjoy the amazing ambience, food, and incredible staff!!

    From the moment my husband and I walked up to the Seating Host to the end of walking out, we were treated with respect and as valued clients. I appreciate the attention everyone gave to us. It was fun watching the chefs and sous chefs firing the steaks over the grills. The wait staff were attentive enough to make sure my husband and I did not go without and thoughtful enough to not intrude when we were deep in conversation or enjoying our meal. It was a very good experience.

    Prime rib was fantastic and huge! Service was above and beyond. Very comfortable fixing room, on the upscale side of dining. Loved the fresh baked rolls too. Definitely will go again!

    The Sunday Prime Rib dinner special was great, however, the dessert was very very dry, cake/ cupcake whatever it was was very dry , very little topping, just overall a very bad dessert.
