Corrida offers dining inspired by Spain with stunning mountain views from our rooftop location. We offer Tapas Hour daily from 4-5PM, and dinner service indoors from 5-9PM Sunday through Thursday. Dinner service on Fridays & Saturdays is from 5-10PM. We serve Brunch on Saturday & Sundays from 10:30-2:00.

The restaurant has incredible views and if for nothing else, one should go for happy hour and tapas to experience the view. The wine was great from the sense that there was a great selection of Spanish wines, most of which I've never tried. Most of the ones we had we enjoyed very much. However, it was VERY amateurish that the first two glasses of wine they brought us weren't even opened in the slightest bit. If I'm paying $20+ for a glass of wine, you can at least buy a $20 aerator to get open up the wine a bit. The food used great ingredients and we really enjoyed the freshness and how well cooked most everything was. There were some unique bold flavors we really appreciated. We ordered 6 dishes and our server proposed them coming out in a set manner. Unfortunately, one of the pairs ended up pairing a very flavorful dish with a mild dish which ended up making it not enjoyable to eat them together. If we're spending $200/pp on food, I'd expect the wait staff to better understand how their dishes complement each other. At that price, I might as well just go to Frasca. For some of the dishes, we also had issues with execution. For instance, the halibut needed a little bit more salt to make the flavors pop more. The dry aged steak was too rare in the section that was touching the bone. The steak was also slightly cool, probably because it had been sitting out for so long since we were slow to eat the previous set of dishes and they want all food ordered at once. Multiple times, we had food on one of our plates and someone on the wait staff would ask if we're done with that. It felt very rushed. The food is good and I'd definitely eat there again, but only if I wasn't paying for it. At $200/pp, I'd rather go to a number of other high end restaurants in Boulder.

This was the first time I had brunch at Corrida. The eggs benedict were my favorite, though everything was quite good.

Beautiful views; lovely service. Would have liked more options than all the Wagyu beef as we find it less appealing because of its texture. Only one fish option; would have been nice to have had one other entree option. Tapas (shishitos and the pan-bread were delicious) and the sides were good (green salad, fries and mushrooms in like a carbonara prep). Our son loved his flank steak (he wanted the bavette but they were sold out). My husband opted for the tenderloin which is not his go to... because he didn't want the bison ribeye which the waiter described as gamey nor any of the Wagyu offerings, so he was a bit limited. Still a great evening. Desserts were wonderful (cheesecake and a chocolate tart) and the dessert bar cart was a lot of fun even though many of the offerings were outrageously priced. So all in all, a great time; just wish there had been a couple more entree options.

We had an amazing dinner at Corrida, I always get wonderful service, and Isaiah was great - he had good food and wine recommendations. I had a lovely tenderloin with pepper sauce, and we enjoyed gildas and octopus as an entree. The broccolini dish was tasty, if a little undercooked. The dessert was a lovely tarte cremeux, and they have a serious digestif cart. Great place!
