   Overcooked wagyu. Super slow bar. Only one server for whole restaurant. No support staff. She was great but no backup really hurt things. Wanted to stay for dessert and more drinks but would have been another 45-1hr.

   Booked last minute and wasn't sure what to expect. We were greeted by the hotel check in desk for the restaurant... Little odd.. They only had one person working the restaurant.... However, he was a go getter! We left with great food and great service. I would go back and recommend. Most certainly a hidden gem.

   This is the worst dining experience as a family of two adults, and three teenage kids in our lives (seriously): 1) drunk Apri ski pool goers are highly visible from the restaurant windows 2) the same folks from the pool are coming into the restaurant in only their swim trunks while patrons are dining 3) the food was terrible. E.g. the “soup of the day” was winter squash, and had the consistency of pudding and no taste. The “fresh” trout was prepared and tasted like it has been frozen for months. 4) the wait staff never asked us about our largely untouched food and only asked “are you still enjoying your food“? Don’t waste your time and money on this restaurant. We left hungry and grumpy.

   Still don’t get the bad reviews out there. I have been coming to Jackson for 20 years, and the food tonight was EXCELLENT! The best dinner of the season so far, and that’s considering we’ve had dinner at Osteria, The Four Seasons, Mangy Moose, and more… Highly recommend! The Halibut was soooo fresh and delicious. Everything was great! Service and food. A surprising good discovery!

   Mario was fantastic…very friendly and attentive. The food was great, we tried the fish & chips and flatbread pizza, then had the bread pudding for dessert. We will definitely be going back again when we’re in town this summer.

    Wow. Looks beautiful but if you expect the dining experience to match the ambiance you will be disappointed. New management and they are not managing anything to standard. No silverware, half the items on the menu were not available or even items that were available were being prepared with substitute ingredients- they had 1 Caesar salad available. The menu has French onion soup, but it is neither French nor onion. It’s a cream based soup that is not at all traditional and the menu doesn’t detail. Our server was nice but clearly frustrated being on the front line of this chaos. They shouldn’t even have been open. It’s Christmas week, they’ve been open 3 years, it wasn’t due to Covid, or supply chain, bkz every other restaurant in same village we’ve been to has been killer. Get it together, they didn’t even comp a drink round or offer free dessert. Epic fail.

    Beyond amazing Thanksgiving dinner. It was just like homemade! Wish I could have it again on Black Friday for leftovers. The turkey was fresh… It was not made two or three days before!! The mashed potatoes, yams, the cranberry sauce, gravy, green beans, pecan pie, pumpkin pie were delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. Chef is amazing! Some people at lunchtime had the burgers and they looked delicious too!

    It took an hour and a half to receive our dinner. During that time we were told they were short staffed and they were slammed. Why a restaurant that is short staffed keeps allowing folks(without reservations) to continue to be seated is beyond me. When we threatened to leave, as we were attending a concert, we were told our food was being plated. When it arrived 5 minutes later, it was just so-so. We had 10 minutes to eat and pay our bill, before we departed for the concert. I doubt we'll return even though we enjoy the establishment....especially since management didn't seem to have a clue on how to treat their patrons or manage their workforce. Having only one bartender, one cook, one waitress and a bus person for a large restaurant on a Friday evening is beyond terrible.

    Never even bothered eating despite making a reservation and it being our anniversary. Restaurant was almost empty at 7:00 on a Friday night (not typically a good sign) and while there were two people working - the bartender - who, to her credit, did at least bring water - and another woman wiping down tables - we waited a good 15 minutes and never had anyone come out to so much take a drink order, let alone anything else. Finally gave up and went next door to Osteria, where we had a fabulous meal.

    Staff Was exceptional. Very attentive. Fun. And very caring. I was blown away by how awesome they were and how friendly and responsive they were. Taylor our server was amazing she had good insight on the menu and was quick to recommend a fun non alcoholic drink to celebrate with as we do not drink alcohol. Food was awesome! we had the trout which was cooked perfectly. I had made note about a special evening with my new fiance and they gave us a beautiful table and a special note with our dessert which was way above what we expected. Will absolutely be coming back here any time I am near Jackson Hole!

    Our server, Christian, was awesome! He was very friendly and attentive. The brussel sprouts and truffle fries with crumbled elk were delicious, and the burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. Loved the modern decor in the restaurant.

    Beautiful atmosphere. Cocktails were great. Food is expensive for small portions. Service was TERRIBLE. Not one smile, host pointed us in the direction of our table and ushered us away. Felt like we were a burden to the staff just by being there.

    A dreadful experience. Complete lack of service with only 3 staff on shift. One behind bar, one waitress and one manager (also waiting tables). A family with a screaming toddler. Service was hideously slow. Eater and cocktails arrived after 15 mins. Request for refills of water forgotten for a long time. After a long wait l, Entrees arrived immediately after starter and before bread service which we subsequently cancelled. When it came to requesting check we waited 20mins before I approached the only visible front of house staff (behind bar). She apologized that manager had gone somewhere and locked entry to his service checks so they couldn’t check us out. She was so embarrassed by the experience we had received and the fact that the manager had disappeared and hence couldn’t present us with the check that she took the decision to comp our meal. A real shame since the decor in the hotel is gorgeous. Ambience should also have been superb but experience ruined by a family with a screaming young child who should not be in a restaurant until he can behave amongst adults. The family drew disapproving stares from several parties. We had the misfortune to dine in the same restaurant as this family a couple of nights ago and they were equally disruptive. Until staffing issues are resolved I will steer clear of this location whose menu is expensive and who cannot deliver on the inherent suggestion that they are upscale.

    We went for Super Bowl Sunday. They had a smaller menu but the offerings were plenty. No kids menu but my kids aren’t too young so they were able to choose something they liked. Our waiter Mark was attentive and kind. Food was delicious.

    This was not our first visit to Continuum but it was definitely the most disappointing. The server who took our drink order was nice and the drinks were ok. When we placed our order for the appetizer she wisely advised that we wait to order the mains so we would not be rushed. The appetizer arrived and was hot. The other server who took our entree order was indifferent. I inquired about two different flatbreads and the information I was given was incorrect plus the flatbread didn’t have all the ingredients listed on the menu. The food was “so so”. The table behind us didn’t get the warning to stagger ordering their items and received their salads after the entrees. The food and service was FAR better, last year.

    Another fun night at the Continuum! I can’t stress enough how awesome the staff is! The only suggestion would be to have a few more options for vegan dishes. They are willing to accommodate, but the selection can still be limited on any given day.

    I wish we could remember our servers name, because he was AWESOME! We were a little early for our reservation but they accommodated us very well so we could enjoy our whole time there. Even though there is nothing specifically labeled "vegan" on the menu, there were several items they could make vegan and the meal we had was delicious!     We got there and got seated and were given a menu with drinks and only a handful of appetizers. Nobody came by for a while so we went to the hostess stand to ask for menus and were told that they had run out of food and only could serve those few apps. Why were we not called in advance if they knew that or at least tell us before we were seated. I have never heard of such a thing. Super disappointed.

    They did not have a full menu for dinner. Basically just one entree. Feels like maybe they gave up on the restaurant to just focus on apres ski. Had a specialty cocktail (which was good) but then left to go to another restaurant for dinner.

    We had a great experience at this restaurant. It was our first night in Jackson and we were beyond excited after the views during the drive and the open air ambiance of the dining room. The wings were a great opener and we had a delicious wine pairing. My steak was over cooked, but they gladly prepared me another one that was cooked to perfection! Christian, the bartender, helped us close out the night and even recommended a could of places to check out, in Jackson. Would def eat here on our next trip!
