   Had booked the fire pit weeks ago for today at 5:15PM, via Open Table. I even had communication with the restaurant about the reservation in advance wherein they acknowledged it. BE WARNED: We arrived and were told by the hostess that the fire pit was double-booked somehow (??) on Open Table and that the other party that had booked it was already seated there. So we ended up sitting at some tables pushed together. I asked the hostess if there'd be any accommodation for our inconvenience--she said she'd check with her manager and then we never saw or heard from her again. Pretty disappointing visit overall for a place that I really wanted everyone to like and enjoy.

   I was really disappointed that no one really cared we were there. We sat at the bar. The bartenders ignored us. We had to call them over when we needed a drink or food. A male was siting at the hostess station and was acting like he was at home making sounds (no manners) and was not professional. Everyone ( workers) were all chatting with each other. They need to make it about the customers, make us feel welcomed and that we are at a classy place for a fun experience.

   The food and drinks were fantastic! View was amazing and service was spectacular. We ordered a mix of food everything was tasty. If you are into raw oysters there’s were fantastic- shucked perfectly. Then the Peruvian Empanadas really stood out.

   We love the patio at this rooftop bar. It is perfect at sun set. We loved that they also had outdoor heating when it hot windy.

   Love this place, our runner was the highlight of this establishment. He was the helping entertain guests and seems to be high in energy. The food was a 4/5 but its bar food so its understandable. Great place to enjoy a drink with friends.

    Decided to check out the Canyon Club before seeing our show at Safe Credit Union Center. We were warmly greeted by the hostess upon arrival, as well as any staff member that we crossed paths with. Our server Maddy was awesome! She gave great cocktail recommendations - the “Kill Bill” was a true winner! As for the food, we had the Oysters (fresh and creamy), shrimp ceviche (flavorful with bits of avocado!), and flatbread (gone in 60 seconds, or so it seemed). Overall, it was a great atmosphere with plenty of heat lamps, awesome drinks, perfect small plates!

    Nice lounge to pre-drink before an event in DOCO. The rooftop view is ok, the drinks and overall vibe are hip, and the service is great! It’s small and dark, and attracts an older, posh crowd. Overall, great 1st stop on the way to another bar/restaurant.

    Great ambiance, until a party of 10 showed up :-/ It’s new and they’ve got A LOT to work out. The bar was slammed and slow, and the food - well … great concepts but the quality of the ingredients and cooking needs improvement. I will wait awhile before I try again. Umm, some signage would be nice as well unless it’s intended to be a truly hidden hideout.

    It was pretty loud inside so I think I’ll try outside next time when it’s warmer. Are to talk without shouting when you’re indoors. Otherwise, it was nice to not pay $25 for a craft cocktail…they were only $15. Nice hidden spot.

    Cool place with nice roof top view. It’s on the 6th floor of the Hyatt Centric. Feels kind of speakeasy getting there. Food was good and atmosphere was nice. Outdoor fire pit and heaters keep you nice and warm. Definitely recommend for date night or happy hour small get together.

    A hidden gem in the Hyatt Centric downtown next to the arena. Great rooftop lounge for having a drink fireside, or for lounging inside. Service was great and the drinks are reasonably prices.

    The Clayton Club always brings us back. From the drinks to the pork belly dish we love it all. The service there is incredible and the staff is so friendly and fun. 100% would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

    My friends and I came to the Clayton Club to celebrate two birthdays and a job change. Drinks were delicious. I had the Paloma and Kill Bill. We ordered a variety of the small plates. All were outstanding. Ambience and aesthetic of the club was on point. Service was attentive and thoughtful. Highly recommend getting a reservation as it seemed people were getting turned away at the door. I’ll definitely be back here & hopefully in the summer time so I can reserve a spot in the terrace.     I'm a bit confused and disappointed that you took my reservation at 9:45 PM - it was after the Kings opening night which will probably be one of their biggest games all year. We wanted to meet a group of friends after at Clayton Club due to the location. We were excited to time it perfectly - the game ended just after 9:30 and our reservation was at 9:45. We got up there and realized we didn't really need a reservation and the host let us know that we had 15 minutes until last call. I don't understand why you would take a 9:45 reservation if you were closing at 10 PM. I thought you might have stayed open late due to the Kings game being next door. Feels like a missed opportunity for a great spot after Kings games!

    This was my first time at the Clayton Club. While a little difficult to find i.e. "rooftop" does not mean the top floor of the hotel, (you have to know what floor it is on or I suppose you could ask at the hotel lobby) it is well worth it. Greeted promptly and immediately seated on the terrace as I had reserved. We came just for drinks but ordered a couple of appetizers which were tasty if not a little small. We ended up soaking up the atmosphere and talked for over two hours. The staff was attentive the entire time without being intrusive and never made us feel like we had overstayed our welcome. Will definitely be back.

    It was a cool spot, I liked that it's kind of secret, but for the price of the drinks I'd expect a little more than plastic chairs and plastic succulent decorations. The food was good, but very small portions.

    Beautiful decor inside. Great ambiance and service. Would’ve liked to see nicer decor outside and a more cohesive menu. The oysters and shrimp were a little disappointing as the oysters weren’t shucked well, and the shrimp dish was rather plain. Aside from that, drinks were excellent and not overly sweet.
