   We enjoyed our Lunch on the small patio and the staff was attentive to our needs with two toddlers.

   The taste and quality of the food, along with the value, portion size, service and ambiance were all excellent! We hadn't been to Claimjumper in years and will definitely be coming back!

   It was nice to have a reservation so we didn’t have to wait. Service was great and quick. We had two servers taking care of us.

   The waiter was horrid. He seemed put off to have to wait on us. My friend ordered a margarita which never came and my salad came without dressing. We tracked down another waiter to bring the margarita and salad dressing. The dressing came but the margarita never did. There were other issues but not enough room to cover them. So disappointed in Claim Jumper. Will not be returning.

   Always great coming to Claim Jumpers before going to the Segerstrom. Fast place for dinner or lunch! Good food, great service!

   We made a reservation and they sat us immediately after we showed up. Had a martini and wine together with the southwest egg rolls as appetizers. The egg rolls were flavorful but kind of dry. The dipping sauces were delicious! For entrees, We had one of the surf and turn combo meal another steak combo. We were surprised that neither the two included sides or upgraded sides had salad… we did ask our server but she said we could order a side salad for $6… we were kind of surprised by that. Now, regarding service: was fast and on point. The food (steaks) were cooked nicely and my shrimp was fresh and tasty. The sides (baked potatoes, veggies, corn and mashed potatoes) were of perfect size and good flavors. We shared a pecan butter cake as desert and oh my! Oh my! No one can make the butter cake like this guys, loved it!

    Thank God we found a parking space, as location in the middle of this crazy busy mall is hard. Arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and was sitted very quickly. Our waitress, Katrina, was normally behind the bar, but she was outstanding. Pointing out favorite dishes and describing choices. Very attentive.
