   We enjoyed a nice dinner before heading over to Segerstrom for a concert. The bowl of clam chowder and Cobb salad were tasty and just the right size. The service was outstanding. Be sure to make your reservation through Open Table because it gets busy.

   Was rushed through dinner Appetizers, salads, entrees all arrived at the same time leaving no space on the table and entree was cold Happy Hour menu only available in the bar but I couldn’t maje a reservation for the bar area Just a bad experience all around

   Jennifer our server was outstanding, we explained we may be in a rush due to show start time and she was so accommodating! We so appreciated her service and willingness to help out and ease our mind with our time stress!

   Our waitress not friendly. I believe her name was Michelle. I sat at the table alone until my husband and son arrived. They were taking someone’s picture outside the restaurant. Nice. When Michelle first spoke I couldn’t hear her. I don’t hear well and with the restaurant do cloud, maybe she couldn’t hear me either. We have never had such rude service by a waiter at Claim Jumper. Sitting with my husband and our son, she did not wish me a Happy Mother’s Day on MD. No friendly smiles nor kind words. We overheard the waitress behind us who was absolutely darling. Engaging conversation with her customers and very pleasant. Michelle was not pleasant. The crispy friend broccoli that I ordered with my salmon did not arrive after asking for it 2x until I was almost done eating my meal. We were originally a party of 6, our other 3 family members were ill and could not make our date. Maybe if we had our original party we would have had a different waitress and a completely different experience. Very disappointing.

   LIKE THAT RESERVATIONS ARE HONORED, WE HAVE STOPPED GOING TO RESTAURANTS THAT MAKE YOU WAIT 30 - 90 MIN EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE A RESERVATION, WE GO OUT EVERY SAT FOR DINNER AND MORE WHEN WE HAVE VISITORS, I AM OLD ENOUGH TO REMEMBER THAT RESTAURANTS WOULD ACTUALLY HAVE YOUR TABLE READY FOR YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVED, HENCE, I THINK THE 15 MIN GRACE PERIOD IF YOU ARE LATE YOUR TABLE IS GONE
