   The Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bartenders were amazing, especially Logan. Laura, the General Manager, came through for us after a long wait and we appreciate her finding us a table at the Jazz Club upstairs! The food was amazing with some very unique dishes!    My husband and I arrived promptly at 8:10 for our 815 dinner reservation to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. I made the reservation 30 days in advance with an annotation that it was our one year wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, We were told by the hostess that there was going to be a wait, so we happily helped ourselves to a drink at the bar. The ambience was energetic, and the bartender was very friendly. At 9 PM, we inquired as to the status of our seating, and the hostess said “well, who do you know here?” Implying that we had to know someone in order to be sat… After making some noise, we were sat shortly thereafter. Our waiter was very friendly and informed us that they were quite short-staffed that evening. We were hardly waited on and after finally receiving our entrées at close to midnight, we decided to close out with our waiter. There was no mention of our anniversary, no suggestion of dessert and absolutely no refilling of our water or maintaining our table in any capacity.  I then learned that the hostess marked us as a no-show for our reservation which I find deeply disconcerting. They were not apologetic, not friendly and certainly not worthy of an extremely expensive dinner on our one year wedding anniversary.  I know they have a regular following and do not need my business, but I certainly hope my experience isn’t a shared one by others moving forward.

   The wait was 1.5 hours even when I made the reservation that evening. And the host got someone who showed up later than us seated before us.

   Italian hostess waited us unnecessarily 45 minutes after our scheduled reservations. She offered same table which was empty since minute that we arrived. I asked the reason, she said with laughter thats the game!!! It is so rude!

   Horrible customer service. Did not care we had reservations and are party was there: did not care about giving us a wait time of how long it would be. We left.

   Had a 7:30 reso, didn’t get seated until 8:35. Absolutely crazy to book that many people and not get them seated in time. So many people that were waiting had earlier reservations than I did.
