This was by far the worst experience we had staying in Beverly Hills. Very disappointed, definitely not the experience I’ve had at other Cipriani locations in New York and Italy. We waited around 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order, I finally walked over to the bar and ordered. The bartender was extremely nice and brought us over 2 drinks. After sitting for another 15 minutes, we got up and went to the bar and paid $85 for 2 drinks and left. We are in Beverly Hills, price is expected, service was extremely disappointing and unlike any of the other restaurants we have experienced.

We arrived at 12:15 and shortly after placed our order. Apparently an inspector came and stopped the kitchen while the waiter came to the table with somewhat of an apology. He asked if we would like another drink. We assumed that this was an offer to make up for the extra time that we had to wait to be served. We were not served until 2:30. When the bill came the extra drink that we would never have had if we weren’t just trying to kill time waiting for our food was placed on the bill instead of given to us as a courtesy. I tried calling the restaurant leaving a message because I was very upset. It has been now a week and no one has called back.

The Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bartenders were amazing, especially Logan. Laura, the General Manager, came through for us after a long wait and we appreciate her finding us a table at the Jazz Club upstairs! The food was amazing with some very unique dishes! Overall, a great experience. Tamir W.
