   Great experience from as soon as we entered to when we left. Jasmine was our waitress and was an absolute professional! Prompt, engage and observation to our table needs. Food was served really fast and the drinks were never empty. Thanks for a great experience! Our new fave restaurant in Calgary.

   The service was excellent. Rayna and the rest of the team were engaging, personal, friendly and delightful. Everyone at our table commented on the service and the unusual level of engagement which made the night special. Thank you!

   Another great visit to CHOP! The staff was outstanding as usual and food was amazing. Special mention to our server, Dre, who was amazing. Can’t wait to return.

   Absolutely excellent, from start to finish. Jordan was our server and she was thorough. She explained every menu item, featured item, inclusions, add-ones, favourites, the works. Very well priced and an excellent meal.

   We go to Chop often, in different areas and cities and always have a great meal. Service is good and the food is always great. I gave 4 stars for value just because of the price for wine but to be fair, the prices are comparable to other places. This location is the first Chop we ever visited and we like to come back here. The Chili Garlic shrimp are a favourite of ours and never disappoints. We will always come back and especially since they are a part of our favourite hotel chain Sandman.

   We have come back to this Chop several times. The food is exceptional, it’s a quiet place to talk, and our server Jordan was very congenial and engaging. Look forward to coming back again. The prime rib was excellent and my wife said her steak and lobster was very good!

    The experience was amazing! Me and my girlfriend had the best experience! Food was great, service was fast and the servers and bartenders had good jokes. The dark humor from the bartenders was definitely the best part of the entire night lol! Definitely will be back!
