   We went during happy hour and had reservations. It took a bit for the server to help us at first but the bar tender made sure to get us help. Once she came to our table she was very attentive. We like the happy hour lite portion menu. We ordered an appetizer and one meal and it filled us. Great value. My only complaint was the heavy cigarette smoke we smelled while eating. We sat close to kitchen. I would recommend and we will come back.

   Our table was next to a door labeled employees only. Whenever someone would come out of that door there was also a waft of cigarette smoke. Very unpleasant!

   If you enjoy truly tasty Japanese fusion cuisine in a casual atmosphere with a wonderfully creative drink menu this is for you. If you find ketchup spicy, the thought of using black pepper risqué and have a pallet inclined to favor biscuits and gravy then you may not be happy here. We love the Ahi Tina Bowl, Chomp Fu- absolutely delicious- highly recommend the One Night in Bangkok drink ( Spicy drink that can adjusted to your pallet per the menu). With seating upstairs, street side, at the bar, tall table or booth there is something for everyone. Great, friendly servers, wonderful downtown location and have not ordered something here we haven’t loved. Eat here you won’t regret it- unless of course you think ketchup is too spicy 😆

   The ahi in the poke bowl was so spicy, it was inedible. It wasn’t listed as a spicy dish, so that was surprising. The ahi had been marinated, so there was no way to improve the meal. The chicken in the yakisoba special was incredibly salty, ruining the dish. The manager comped all 3 of our meals, which was nice but we left very disappointed in our dining experience.

   We were disappointed that they didn’t have certain dishes available last evening. My second selection was good. Service was very good

   We were passing through Bend and were lucky to be able to find a table in this cozy bar and restaurant one late Saturday evening. The service was excellent; we were brought immediately to our table on a second floor/mezannine, which was a lovely space. From there we could view the bar and tables below and actually see what folks were ordering (ramen seemed to be a favorite). Our waiter was great (able to have go up and down the stairs so many times for our order and those of two other tables) and attentive. He gave great recommendations. We enjoyed our ahi salad and sirloin, as well as the okonomiyaki, which was a little different from what we have had at other restaurants. This hit the spot for us, especially since we were looking for good Asian food. The mezannine is a great area for a couple or a group to enjoy conversations, away from the more bustling first floor. We skipped drinks because we had them before heading to the restaurant. We were too full for dessert.

   Have always loved the Sticky Wings, but tonight’s were not so good. Either they’ve changed the recipe or the sticky sauce was over-reduced because instead of being sweet and sticky, they overly sauced (thick like molasses) and extremely salty. Very disappointing.

   I would go back. But I would wait 6 months before I did. It has all the ingredients to be a really great restaurant. And the service was great. But the food was okay and the drinks were not okay. So was a little disappointing. But not so disappointing that I wouldn't give it another chance.

    The food was amazing! Alyssa was our waitress and she was so kind and helpful and made our first experience there outstanding
