As always, Chimney Park was awesome. Easily the best restaurant in Northern Colorado, and if there's a better one anywhere within 500 miles, we haven't found it. Fois gras was to die for, as was barramundi, with superb fresh green beet salad and lobster bisque. Service with a smile, great knowledge of the menu and wine list, and excellent, reasonably priced wines to complement the grand meal.
The best meal we have had in many, many months. Each member of our party of 4 enjoyed the chef's choice, 5 course tasting - paired with wines. The food was superb, as usual, and we were even served two courses that were not on the menu. The wines were top drawer and very unusual. We were served a total of 24 different wines for the party!
Best restaurant in northern Colorado. Awesome food
Brian always takes good care of us. Excellent service and food!
Amazing as always.
Great evening, service was great, food was great, so many options on the menu it was hard to choose
Fantastic place. When getting the tasting menu for more than one person they give you different dishes so the table enjoys various things.
This was our second time eating at Chimney Park. I had the bison tartar and my wife had the roasted beet salad as appetizers. We both had the seared scallops as our main entree. It all was excellent. We will return to Chimney Park for special occasions. The food is always great, the wine list is the best we have found in Northern Colorado (albeit very pricey)and the service is very good.
In my experience every bite feels like a little piece of heaven.
This restaurant is five star all the way. If I could done there for every date night I would. Thank you for making our Valentines evening one to remember.
Our lobster dinner and whole evening was pure perfection!
Always a pleasant experience. We’ve always had 5 star service.
Everything was lovely. Very enjoyable.
Food was amazing. Staff did a great job. Corse timing was perfect. And would/will highly recommend.
Fabulous! A wonderful dining experience, excellent service and delicious food.
Valentines Day and first time there
Awesome food wine and sevice
Fantastic restaurant. Absolutely loved everything about our visit. I only wished we would have taken notes to know what we were eating as the tasting menu is up to the chef. I wonder if there is a way to get a print out or something that summarizes the visit if you do the tasting menu to keep track of all the dishes you eat. It was absolutely amazing. Fantastic visit and a great way to experience a number of different food options.
Elegant but yet “Colorado casual” environment. Outstanding service and excellent food.
We love going to Chimney Park Bistro, the food is outstanding!
We love Chimney Park and I especially love the off-menu item... the Cap Steak. We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary here and tried the 5- course tasting menu... gotta say, Chef Jason and the wait staff DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! We had what I considered to be a take on chips and salsa with some hamachi and rice paper; we loved the bison tartare, and we were treated to a main course of a filet (cooked perfectly) and the Ribeye Cap steak which was what I would consider Blue, with a delicious maple glaze. without realizing it, Chef Jason transported us back to Bora Bora with the great flavors, textures, and mixture of proteins including fish, bison, beef, crab, and a great selection of vegetables, too. If you're on the fence about whether to try Chimney Park, do yourself a favor and go. the ambiance is perfect for quiet conversation and simply relaxing after battling the day. whether you let them piece together a 5-course meal (which included FULL PORTIONS!!) or put it together yourself, order as much stuff off the menu as you can. We've never had a dish we didn't finish there... it's so freakin' good!!
Food was great, Service was great, It was quiet We will be back.
I have been to Chimney Park many times and it never disappoints!!
Food and service were great!!!
Best culinary experience in Colorado! The Tasting Menu is really special, but everything on the menu is fantastic.
Great experience and the food was fantastic. Everyone should try at least once.
we went their for our 35th wedding anniversy it was our first time to dine their and it was wonderful !
This is our favorite place for special occasions, would highly recommend it to anyone, Food, presentation and service are all wonderful.
My friend and I had an outstanding dinner at Chimney Park. The food was wonderful--flavorful, perfectly cooked and presented and served in a timely manner. We felt welcome, in a casual but professional way. Everything about the dinner was stellar. I will be back!
Tried to reserve a Table on Saturday
nothing was available- we went anyway at 4:00 found out it was closed for private function- not mentioned on web site. Wasted an hour driving. Next day tried to reserve at 5:00 only to find no reservations available between 4:30 and 7:30 so we reserved a table for 4:00- we never eat that early, only to find there were tables available the whole time. Then, after half of the very good shrimp appetizer a fire hot pepper (?seed) closed the back of my throat. We told our waitress to let the kitchen know. We had so looked forward to dinner at Chimney Park that weekend instead is was a very bad experience.
We enjoyed a wonderful date night at Chimney Park! Our server was fantastic, well timed, and made the experience truly enjoyable.
The daily preparation of the Bison NY Strip came with potato croquettes and were by far the best bite of the evening. The scallops were also delicious.
I can’t say enough good things about Chimney Park. Superb food and excellent customer service. We will go back.
Food was extarordinary but the foie Gras was a little burned/overcooked.
Service was standard with no extra miles.. Actually messed up our orders.
Ambience was disappointing. A group of people were chatting so loud and used of vulgar language.
Overall 3 stars. Mostly are for food. Thanks for reading.
The best fine dining experience in Northern Colorado hands down. Did the chef's tasting and wine pairing menu this time which was very well done. Plenty of personal attention, and excellent wine selection up to the Tokai and 30 year Tawny with dessert.
We had a lovely birthday celebration for my husband at Chimney Park. Who knew Windsor had such a great restaurant? It was worth the hour plus drive from Boulder. Only wish they'd given him a small birthday treat to top off the tasty dinner.
Fantastic service and the food was top notch! So nice to have this as a dining experience in Northern Colorado.
Prompt, friendly server. Delicious food done just the right way. Perfect place to enjoy an anniversary meal.
Absolutely wonderful, I bring my wife here on her birthday every year and she is always amazed by the atmosphere, food and fantastic service! Thanks
THE place in Windsor and we'll worth going out of your way for!
