   Will definitely come back. We did the chef's tasting menu and it was awesome, every bite was well thought out and the portions were perfect. Sam is always amazing and takes great care of you no matter where you are, when I see her I know that the night is going to be one to remember.

   The sea bass was amazing. My son and my husband got steak. Asked for Med Rare and best case it was well. Disappointing for the price. But the service was exceptional, we go every year and I will go back. Just never order stk again. Joe was amazing and she is truly a beautiful person inside and out!

   Our experience for a business & retirement dinner was generally good, for the food was very good. Our main courses were very slow to arrive and just barely warm. It was mentioned that it was a retirement dinner, yet our server apparently forgot to make it special.

   Some of the food was great - one steak out of two was over cooked ( ribeye) scallops were delicious but very salty - the drinks were good - the heat wave was good but the flower took all the space so very little drink just mostly flower, would not order again . The Foie Gras was delicious

   Chimney Park is by far the best high-end restaurant in Northern Colorado. Everything was perfect.

    The service was excellent! It completely enhanced the experience of fabulous food. The personal attention to detail between Sam, Brin and Justin made this a first class experience. We had the Chef's Tasting menu with wine pairing. We were celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special. Justin gave us a wonderful wine pairing experience, sharing tasting notes and trivia. From the Amuse Bouche to the Dessert it was a flawless experience!!
