   Had a great dinner at Bottarga: both the food and service were excellent. The menu offers authentic contemporary Greek dishes with a British twist that feels natural and well-balanced, and enjoyed everything we had. But, the bottarga orzo, grilled prawns, and grilled vegetables were particular highlights. My only small criticism is that I found the dishes a bit too salty for my taste.

   Service was good, as was ambiance. Waiter was lovely. The plates were tiny and very annoying to eat from. Table was also far too small. But food was very average. Lamb chops and prawns had no seasoning whatsoever but they were well cooked. The dips were amazing. Potatoes too. Would highly recommend the Greek salad. The cocktails were also very nice. Shame about the mains. They need garlic/onion/pepper at least or a sauce to accompany them. Wouldn’t rush back but nice for a try.

   Everything was 10/10! Will be dreaming about the food forever! Wouldn’t recommend for groups over 4 as not very spacious but other than that it’s perfect for every occasion!

   The food is delicious but to be rushed with last orders not even 40 mins through service is not ideal. Especially when for booking the table it took me 3 months of wait. They overlap the last booking time with kitchen closure

   Honestly wasn’t so sure coming here after having a below average experience at their sister’s restaurant, Zephyr but came in with an open mind and it did not disappoint. Delicious food, perfectly seasoned. Staff were friendly & attentive. Would definitely come back!
