   Bottarga was a lively, vibey place. Good food and wine. However, the main lady/head of house lacked basic customer service. Poor attitude and rushed off our table at the end after paying a lot of money and hadn’t even finished our digestifs.

   We had the greek salad, orzo, yellowtail sashimi and the anchovies with taka butter. Simple classics done really well with some interesting little twists and high quality ingredients- we then also got the famous chocolate cheesecake for dessert. Everything was perfectly balanced in flavour and the amount was perfect to share between two people. The interior is very cozy with an open kitchen and I love that they open the side walls to the patio, when the weather is nice, so the space feels brighter and more airy. The staff was lovely despite the restaurant being very busy.

   My family and I ate here on our last night in London. We started with a bottle of Sancere rosé. We split the pita and dip, cauliflower, calamari and chicken. Everything was delicious!

   Had a great dinner at Bottarga: both the food and service were excellent. The menu offers authentic contemporary Greek dishes with a British twist that feels natural and well-balanced, and enjoyed everything we had. But, the bottarga orzo, grilled prawns, and grilled vegetables were particular highlights. My only small criticism is that I found the dishes a bit too salty for my taste.

    Loved it here! Food was incredible, terrace seating was lovely as the weather held so all in all, fantastic! and the staff were great too
