   Our server John was amazing however the hostess was so rude. She originally sat us at a wobbly table small table, we asked to sit at a bigger table and seemed really annoyed at our request and said no that it was too big. The table had 3 chairs and there was two of us but we knew the two top table was going to be too small. Sure enough it was. Our drinks had to be sat at another table and there wasn’t enough room for all our food. The table was never even sat the entire time we were there. That hostess could have easily accommodated us as good customer service but she was rude and annoyed instead. She needs some retraining.the rest of the staff was really nice, however I was hit with one of the umbrellas and no one even asked if I was okay. Seemed weird that a manager didn’t come and check on me, it hit me in the throat. The table next to me was more concerned. The food was good though.

   Wait staff was not able to keep up with their tables. Waited 30 minutes for a (flat) beer because they “ran out of glasses” at 2 pm on a Saturday. Fajitas served without tortillas and by the time they had a new batch of tortillas, the fajitas were cold. It’s a shame since it’s beautiful spot on the water to enjoy a weekend lunch

   my entree was lukewarm. never did figure out if my meal costs were posted to my rewards, had to leave after waiting 5 minutes for an answer after we paid for the meal. ordered a takeout and waiter did not ask what type of beans were wanted and we didn't know to ask. not very happy this time

   We had reservation for outside at 5pm didn’t get seated until 5:30. We did not have our drink order taken or given chips for another 20 minutes . After our drinks were brought our waiter left before even taking our order which we were ready to give her. Another table in the same area with a much larger party that was seated after us by 15 mins were drinking and eating chips AND received their food order before we even placed our order The other table had two waiters for 7 people and we were a part of 4. We love coming here but this sadly will send us elsewhere. Ridiculous.

   Alexander was amazing with his delivery of top service! We had a larger party of 11 or so. He made us feel like we were the only table he had. Food delicious!

   It was a beautiful day to sit outside overlooking the water at Chevys.  Chevys is our favorite restaurant whenever we are in the Sacramento Delta area.   My husband and I were very impressed with our waiter. He was very friendly enthusiastic and seem to really love his job.

   We had a reservation for 4:15 we arrived at 4:10 only to be seated at 4:30p. It was just two of us so we had two meals, two drinks, and 1 appetizers. Our appetizer was delivered after our entrées. It felt like our server was rushing us out quickly, bringing the check after we asked for refills & more tortillas! He even started cleaning the table as we were packing our to go bags. Needless to say we were back at the car by 5:30. We had fun, just felt rushed.

    Took about 15 min to get service and water. Server didn’t come back for awhile. We had to get up and grab him a few times
