   Even my husband is a believer now. He loved their sushi even though he doesn’t usually like sushi.

   First time visitor to CHSC, but we are huge sushi snobs. It is our favorite food group. Despite that self-proclaimed moniker, and tremendous quality of sushi in Denver, the CHSC is a winner! Their focus on hand rolls and sashimi is really nice. The fish and service are superb. The scaled down unassuming menu and sushi bar is also an enjoyable respite from the overdone hipster scene at the more expensive sushi spots in town. Bonus that prices are moderate, yet again, the fish is excellent. We are fans and will be returning regularly.

   Probably one of the best sushi places we've been to. Food was awesome and the wait staff was very helpful and attentive

   We made a reservation for 7:45. We arrived at 7:35 and stated we had a reservation. We’re told there were 10 other couples with reservations in front of us. Never asked or confirmed our reservation. We ended up leaving.

   Great atmosphere, delicious sushi, Brad was super cool, the rest of the staff were just as awesome, didn’t happen to catch names. Will definitely return.

   My husband and I decided that CHSC was about one step above dining at a food truck. Food served on paper plates, miso in paper cups, plastic spoons -- just ick. Two young adults working the restaurant, rolling hand rolls in the middle, warming up the eel rolls with a hand torch, did not appear to have any special skills in terms of what you might have had in other sushi bars. There didn't seem to actually be a full working kitchen anywhere. Miso soup was sub-par - I imagine it was an instant soup mix. Seaweed salad pretty bad. Assuming it was dished out of a bulb container purchased in food service. Spicy tuna hand roll was good. Ambience not for me, I would prefer to spend the money at an actual restaurant that isn't creating multiple pieces of trash (paper plates, napkins, bowl, plastic utensils) with each customer. So wasteful and not what I want when I go out to dine. Also, no points awarded at this restaurant and they did not honor reservations - you just show up and sit if there's room at the bar.

    Very tasty sashimi that they put their own touch on with a sauce or topping and the hand rolls were toasted and made and served immediately and all tasted wonderful
