   Terrible experience, staff ignores you from the beginning till the end, food mediocre - salmon overcooked, meat balls pasta look warm and way over priced for what it is. Very disappointing experience overall!

   Absolutely HORRIBLE. It was graduation so we expected slow service. Well we got it (2.5 hours for dinner and over a 75 minute wait for food.) Our server was terrible - we had to ask for everything multiple times, she described Tuscan soup as “meat soup” until I asked her to go back and clarify with someone who knew (it was really potato leak with sausage.) And the WORST part is that they had a special graduation menu that was incredibly limited and they more than doubled their regular prices. Spaghetti and meatballs was $48 flipping dollars. I ordered a main dish salad for $18 and they brought out a side salad. The “mushroom risotto” was just fluffy rice with no seasoning, no sauce and about 1 tablespoon of mushrooms. Do yourself a favor and absolutely avoid this place for any graduation or special event. Our bill for four (no drinks) ended up over $240.

   Great birthday celebration and meal despite a shortage in staff. The waiter really rallied to make sure we were well taken care of on Tuesday 4/29.

   This was my first time there after it came under new ownership and it was wonderful. I'm glad to have this place back!

   We normally love Che Bello and still recommend it but they had an off night on this night. The kitchen was very backed up so it too a really long time to get the food. My son has severe food allergies, one of which is dairy, and they brought out his meal with a big piece of garlic bread on it which had butter so it had to be remade. My wife’s blackened salmon was not seasoned properly and very dry. The server was sympathetic and actually got us a 50% discount due to the errors. The rest of the food was very tasty and we will return. Like I said, I think we just caught Che Bello on an off night.

   Staff was super overwhelmed. We checked in for our reservation and told it would be another 30 minutes to wait. Waited an hour after our reservation and didn’t get seated so ate at the bar.

   I really wanted to love this restaurant; however would not go back. It took 45 minutes to get beverages (they lost our ticket) and then they forgot my daughter's food (soup and salad). Totally understand they were understaffed on a huge football weekend, but the waiter did nothing to help the situation.

   The food was inedible & the service was worse. I will never go back & warn others not too. And they could care less.
