    The Charter Steakhouse had an upbeat, lively vibe. We were greeted right away and brought to our table. Jordan was our server - very attentive and helpful. We decided on the French Onion Soup and the Burrata Beet Salad - they were excellent and nicely portioned. We shared the filet with asparagus and mashed potatoes, steak was perfectly cooked and the entire meal delicious! The wine list had a good variety of choices. Overall and really pleasant dining experience - will definitely be back!

    Host at the door was a great representative of the restaurant. Went out of his way to make sure we got a table since there was a mistake in Open Table’s scheduling. Waiter was great.

    My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Charter Steakhouse. We started with mussels followed by sirloin and filet. Excellent service.

    Food fabulous, wine great, our server was outstanding. My only complaint would be the multiple tables that had no control over there children. Not a reflection on the establishment but maybe a parent will actually read this and have an epiphany. 🙏🏼

    The food was decent but the ambience was awful , the waiter forgot my child’s entree and it was so delayed that the rest of our party finished their meals before they brought her food out. They didn’t offer to comp it or anything. Would avoid eating here
