    We come here throughout the year but definitely a favorite birthday dinner or romantic date night venue, and I am never disappointed. Of course I will be back!

    Absolutely awful service. Our server was non existent. It seemed as though he was doing us a favor. Completely disinterested in serving us. NEVER checked in with us. We wait 20 minutes after being seated to even see him. Had to ask for water and bread (which annoyed him). After waiting for over 20 minutes he told us he could not find the bottle of wine we ordered…double checked the number on the menu and 15 minutes later arrived with it. The table next to us that was seated after us was paying their check and leaving by the time we received our entrée. We were there for over 3 hours! Absolute disappointment for my Mother’s Day celebration with my Mom. Really sad about the entire experience.

    We normally enjoy Chart House. But this location was a first and I will not be back. The music was blaring, and the air conditioning was up too high on a rainy day. My shrimp were cold, no seasoning used to cook them and the only explanation the manager gave for them being tough was the bigger they were the tougher they get. That's unacceptable.

    The crab cakes were mushy The cream of crab soup had more shells then crab meat The key lime pie was frozen The manager did not refund us for the 3 slices of frozen pie. Instead offered us a coupon to used on the next visit. This place was better when it was just the Chart House.

    Our waiter Alex and his assistance Jordan was famtastic.. Great attitude and lots of patience. The host at the door was extremely nice and well trained. We were seated in a window seat per our request understanding that it was Mother’s Day.

    Today, we dined at Chart House Prime in Annapolis, and the culinary experience was a delight. The food never disappoints, particularly the scallop and shrimp dish, which was impeccably prepared and truly enjoyable. A highlight of the meal was the chef’s dessert—a cheesecake with cherries that might just be the best I’ve tasted in a very long time. However, the service was a letdown during this visit. It was painfully slow, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially since it was Mother’s Day. Even settling the bill became a hassle, and we had to approach the register ourselves after waiting too long for our waitress. Despite the service issues, the quality of the food keeps Chart House on my list of recommended dining spots.

    The food was good, however, our waiter could have been more pleasant and more accommodating. The limited menu was not too accommodating. I understand it was Mother's Day, but I would have like to seen more vegetable to choose from. It was noisy and very busy.
