   Excellent new find. Food was outstanding. We both had filets along with several starters and interesting sides - including a chile flight! New Mexican options as well as steaks. No boring potatoes and broccoli sides! Service was impeccable. Will definitely be back.

   Great. Food was amazing. Presentation was amazing. Only knock on the service was that the table was a bit small and the hot rock presentation on the steak didn’t really work for the sides and those two things ended up combining into us knocking the foot and plates around. A reflection on the form of the service, not the server, who was exceptional.

   Excellent crafted cocktails, nice appetizer of a choice of red and green sauces and homemade chips. Albondigas was a huge delicious meatball and the calamari with green chilies was good and unique. Mexican corn and queso fundido were tasty. Would definitely eat here again.

   Birthday dinner was a great experience. Wonderful southwest flavors. Delicious food, attentive service and a popular spot. Expect to pay top dollar.

   Food was insanely delicious and very well prepared! The drinks were all very creative and super tasty too. Our server was very attentive and friendly and we’ll definitely be back!

   Had been a few years since being here, restaurant was remodeled. Very nice, food was delicious and Britany our server was absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend the Wagyu carne asada and the prawns. We will be back

   Char at Hotel Andaluz dazzles with Wagyu steaks cooked on a 400°F charcoal brick, each bite tender, juicy, and perfectly charred. The bamboo tower offers Himalayan pink salt, coarse white salt, and fresh black pepper for custom seasoning. Sides like parmesan truffle fries and Mexican street corn are crave-worthy, while sauces—chimichurri, red and green salsa, and pickled onions—elevate every bite. Alysha’s attentive service redefines hospitality. Dessert, a Pan de Muerto white cake with strawberry coulis, ends the meal on a light, sweet note.    Definitely worth trying. Great service. Excellent food. Great atmosphere. I recommend the Burger or the red chile enchiladas!!!!
