Esta "churrascaria" auténtica ofrece más de 10 cortes de carne sabrosos incluyendo cordero, cerdo, pollo, y res en brochetas preparadas junto a la mesa por los gauchos. Además de los distintos cortes de carne, el servicio incluye la barra fresca y generosa de ensaladas, seguido de una canasta del sabroso y tradicional pao de queijo (pan de queso). My family enjoyed a birthday dinner at Chama Gaucha on a busy Friday night. Despite this, the service was superb - we were seated even before everyone had arrived and were given a table in a smaller enclosed room that allowed us to talk and hear one another. The manager of the restaurant was aware (via the reservation) of some food allergies in our group and without prompting, provided a brief summary of which salad bar dishes had the offending ingredients. After that, we enjoyed a fantastic churrascaria meal - the meat was perfectly cooked and never burned on the exterior, never oversalted and clearly prime grade. Each person in our family had a favorite, mine being the ribeye and the beef rib. The salad bar was equally impressive and offered some unique items (including a corn tabbouleh mix) that were very nice. We’re not big drinkers in our family, but the Monkey Business and the one with Brazilian cane sugar liquor and lime were greatly enjoyed. We ended the evening sharing some tres leches and strawberry sorbet. I have rated this restaurant Outstanding in all categories except value, only because “value” is not a consideration for this kind of experience, any more than “value” is an expectation for a Ferrari or similar luxury item. Was Chama Gaucha worth the cost? Absolutely and I look forward to eating there again in the future.

Definitely the best Brazilian steakhouse restaurant chain! This particular restaurant has great food; attentive and professional staff. A lot of parking space available.

I booked the wrong date for my reservation. They were able to change it within a couple hours of our planned dinner. I really appreciate the staff doing this for me. It was my family's first time eating here and they loved it! Thanks!
