Esta "churrascaria" auténtica ofrece más de 10 cortes de carne sabrosos incluyendo cordero, cerdo, pollo, y res en brochetas preparadas junto a la mesa por los gauchos. Excellent food and service The food was tasty and tender and kept coming The salad bar is varied and tasty and includes smoked salmon! The service is friendly, professional, and down to earth. They know people usually come to strap on the feed at and they’re obliging. If you want a cut of meat, just ask and they’ll bring it. Most times you don’t need to ask but I really wanted the beef ribs—I was t offered any in the first few minutes so I asked for them—a second later they arrived at my table. Yummy! Ambience is great—suitable for a date or a a business meeting or just to hang out with your son like I did. Cheese and honey are awesome! I could go on and on—just go!

Don't hesitate! Dine here! We were a party of 12 and they didn't disappoint! Food and service SUPERB! from the lamb chops to lobster bisque, the choices are unlimited.

Chama Gaucha never fails. Our server Tamara was beyond amazing. She made the whole experience a 5 star. Food and drinks were top notch!!

Everything was fine until we are leaving. We got there early in the day before Valet parking started reserving spots and they put a cone in front of our truck. No issues, and a young man says he will move it (the cone) with no issues. My wife, mother and my father are all with me. I tell my dad to drive the car forward because there is not enough space for my mom to get in. So, we are standing outside and my dad pulls forward. The valet driver I suppose is upset we didnt use his service because again it was not available in the first place when we got there says we cannot leave. He accuses my father of denting a blue Kia. We all kinda laugh at him saying what are you talking about we are all outside watching him drive. He says that valet is responsiple for damages etc so we are liable. My father tells him that out lifted truck is too tall to even hit a car on its fender. He says he heard the impact, and I guess he is frustrated because we all start telling him what a clearly fake and obvious scam. I look over at the supposed dent and it looks like that car had been crashed into with previous damage on the fender, impossible to be caused by by dad's door. He makes my dad reverse and we prove it is impossible for us to have cause the issue. I was kind at first but its clear that nothing was ever even touched, and the hit was impossible to be caused. Two options here are that this is some clear retaliation for him not making movey out of the valet service and annoyed he had to move the cone and have us drive off without him making money. Second option is that the car belongs to a friend or co-worker of his and is trying to accuse us of previous damage because we look like we have money. Mind you the bill was about $350 for the dinner we paid. It was such a clear and obvious scam and he started laughing when we "caught" him and I indicated that we have a dashcam that records 24/7. Everything was literally find until the valet was clearly trying to lie and scam.

This is the most consistent best restaurant I go to in Houston I have been a customer since it first opened and ever time I go it gets better service and style are beyond compare

We enjoyed a late lunch this past Sunday at Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse in Houston. We were celebrating a PhD graduation for a friend. We mostly enjoyed the juicy and delicious ribeye, as well as the lamb and chicken parmesan (which was very tender). The Chimichurri sauce was fresh, tasty and memorable. The Sangria was fruity and refreshing, with a deep shade of red and fruity garnish over ice. There was no room for dessert, though there are plenty of choices to choose from should you be interested. The service was excellent. We really enjoyed it.
